The playground is great for the kids to let off steam.
Nyborg is well worth a visit, and there's plenty to discover here too.

Everything very clean.NegatywneNo disadvantage, you just have to know that the shopping facilities are about 5km away.On the road with camper, tent and two small dogsWe spontaneously decided to take a short tour of Denmark from Fehmarn and ended up at this campsite. The pitches are spacious and partly fenced off with hedges. On the site you will mainly see the license plates NL, DK and DE. In my opinion, the term supermarket is an exaggeration. There are bread rolls,... ice cream sticks and various drinks. The site is very clean and also offers cooking facilities. Shower time is determined by shower tokens. However, 1 token is enough for showers including hair washing. I don't know what some people do in the shower for so long.... :) There is a separate but stony beach area for dogs. There is a spacious covered seating area and a very well-equipped kitchen. Reception was very friendly, sanitary facilities spacious and clean. The whole campsite is very well maintained. The pitch has a well-maintained grass surface and is about 50m from the water. The beach is usable but not very wide and not particularly clean. The sanitary facilities are... simple (typical for the Danish market) but very clean. The shower cubicles are large and 3 minutes cost 5 crowns. But you can interrupt the time with a start/stop button. There is no grocery store, but you can pre-order bread rolls for the following day at reception. You don't have to wait in front of the barrier until it officially opens again. Friendly reception. As there was some free space, the owner also offered us the use of two adjacent pitches without charging for the second... pitch. Very nice, well-kept pitch. There was plenty of space for our two dogs to run around outside the site. Unfortunately only one sanitary block located centrally. Given the size of the site, two smaller buildings would be more convenient. The "beach" is hardly usable as such. Large stones at the beginning, some sand in the middle and again stones and lots of algae in the water... Unfortunately, the beach was not "tidy" either. Numerous fire pits have left their mark. Only the jetty (which was covered in bird droppings) offered a pleasant entry into the water. As we were only passing through for one night, we can only give a snapshot here. Andreas und Petra S.lipiec 2016Quiet location with a view of the Great Belt BridgeThis highly recommended campsite is just 6 km from the highway. The pitches are generously sized and have firm grassy ground, which is generally very well maintained. An estimated 80% of the guests are long-term campers. We received a very friendly welcome and were offered a small selection of available... pitches to choose from. Showers cost DKK 5 per 3 minutes (the first minute of which is usually spent adjusting the temperature). Wi-Fi is included in the price and works well even further away from reception. Bread rolls can be pre-ordered for breakfast, which are then ready from 8:00. Because the beautiful view of the bridge has been mentioned so often: Unfortunately, you can't see the bridge from most of the pitches. You have a good chance from the higher pitches near the reception, if there isn't a tree in the way...or from the front rows by the meadow. However, the latter are only reluctantly rented out for less than 3 days, at least in the high season. The beach is only about 5m wide and consists of sand with lots of large pebbles. The pebbles become fewer 100m to the north. Fishing is possible from the shore, a filleting table is available at the main building. (Danish fishing license required = https://www.fisketegn.dk/fisketegn/common/setupAnglerFisherType.do) Despite almost full occupancy, it was never noisy and there was no crowding in the sanitary area.
