The campsite is beautifully and very quietly situated directly on Loch Lomond at Milarrochy Bay, about 5 minutes by car from Balmaha. The heated sanitary facilities (at the reception) are spacious and always clean; they can only be entered with a code. The campsite is quite small, partly flat, but also... sloping. You are allocated a pitch. In June it was not very busy, mostly day visitors. Midges repellents are highly recommended! In Balmaha you can have a very rustic meal at the Oak Tree Inn or hire a canoe for a whole day for 20 pounds.
