"Pure relaxation - It was a wonderful, relaxing weekend. The sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. The campsite too! The location is just perfect and just right if you need a break. The site owners are friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

"Camping close to nature - The campsite is idyllically situated in a pine forest on a beautiful lake. The infrastructure is clearly getting on in years. As the old wash house is not sufficient in the summer, a container wash house has been open from time to time since last year. You need to buy shower tokens at reception to shower ... unfortunately the tone of the new operator is often very harsh. The prices have been increased considerably. What a shame - we won't be back.

"Family vacation in the forest with lake - Campsite experience report "There is a special flair here at the campsite." That's how some campers have described it, and I can only agree. The family-run campsite particularly appealed to us because of its unique location. It is located in a small wood and yet has its own bathing beaches. Here, children, families, naturists and dog lovers can all enjoy their own access to the water. Pitch layout The campsite is partly occupied by permanent campers, but there are also beautiful, large pitches available for holidaymakers. The small lanes are dead ends, so no through traffic is to be expected. A playground and a petting zoo with cute little pigs and goats offer children a welcome change from water sports. Sanitary facilities A massive sanitary building offers everything we need as campers: Showers with coins, washrooms, toilets, washing machine, dryer and toilet sinks. The facilities made a bright and friendly impression and were clean at all times. An additional toilet block is available during cleaning times or when the campsite is full. Particularly noteworthy are the sufficient shelves, benches, hooks and the provision of soap and toilet paper - unfortunately no longer a matter of course. Food and drink Fresh bread rolls are available at the registration desk by prior arrangement. We were also able to buy the odd ice cream there. Sometimes we would have liked a small snack so that the children could buy a few chips, sausages or nuggets between swimming. Leisure There is a small island in the middle of the lake with a recommended restaurant. There is a lot to discover in the surrounding area, such as Ritter Kalebutz, Wusterhausen, Kyritz or a little further away Wittstock, Rheinsberg, Mirow and the Slavic village in Neustrelitz. We had the feeling of being welcome.

Welcome to Knattercamping! In Bantikow by the lake, time moves a little slower. The small village of Bantikow is nestled in the charming Ostprignitz region, just an hour’s drive from Berlin towards Hamburg. Ostprignitz embodies the typical Mark Brandenburg landscape: …gentle hills, sandy soils, vast pine and deciduous forests, heathlands, meadows, and numerous lakes, rivers, and streams. Our campsite spans 3.6 hectares and is beautifully situated in a light pine-mixed forest right by the lake, offering the perfect setting for an individual, relaxed, and carefree holiday in Brandenburg. At the heart of it all is our well-coordinated family business. We run it with sincerity, warmth, and joy.
