We could not postpone the vacation to 2021, as we had booked at the other five campsites in Catalonia, and there was no money back. There was not even a reply to our emails, not even from Yelloh! This is very disappointing and campers who want to pre-book for 2021 should know this: if the pandemic puts a spanner in the works again, all your money is gone. Almost every year the management and ownership of the site changes. For the last 2 years the site has been run by Yellow from France. Every year a deposit or full payment has to be made to reserve a pitch.... We were unable to arrive in May for operational reasons, but canceled immediately at the beginning of March. We immediately received a confirmation of the cancellation. So far so good. To date, however, they have refused to refund the €468 we paid in full even though we also paid a cancellation fee. We have been working with this money for more than 6 months, which is more than impertinence and fraud! No repayment or feedback from Yellow in France either! We have already been informed of this business practice by several campers. So be careful with every booking !!!
