- Matthias S.September 2023PlusuriBeautiful campsite, with an unobstructed view of the sea. you pay a little extra for the direct sea view, but it's worth it. The staff are very nice and the associated restaurant is also delicious to eat in. great restaurants in the bay.MinusuriSanitary facilities a bit outdated. We were there at the end of September, unfortunately there were no sunbeds directly from the CP at that time, unfortunately it was already closed. And definitely have something ready for the ants.Almost perfectIn summary, we had 4 lovely nights here and a great boat trip along the coast.Tradus automat.
- Herb D.August 2020PlusuriLocation.MinusuriNot suitable for large motorhomes or caravans. A little too expensive.Pro and conThe location is remarkable. View of the sea. Private pebble beach. The campsite has a lot to offer and those who like to eat on the beach are in good hands. The great location is also well worth it.
The mini market is equipped with the essentials, the takeaway pizza is poor by Italian standards. We didn't... discover any other shopping options, so stock up if you want to cook for yourself.
The journey should not be undertaken by anyone who cannot cope with tight driving situations. Narrow coastal roads and hairpin bends await you.
The sanitary facilities are dated, but clean.
We often had ants in this area. It is advisable to buy a suitable product in the store and treat the contact points of the camper van with the surface.Tradus automat. - Monika Z.September 2019PlusuriDirectly by the sea, relatively large pitches, very dog-friendlyMinusuriSanitary area should be renovated.Beautiful, small place right by the seaWe stayed here for 6 nights and had a great pitch with a direct view of the sea. There is a small extra section of beach where we were able to go into the water with our dog. We were alone there. There is a larger beach 50 m further on. The sanitary facilities urgently need to be renovated. However, the toilets are clean, the showers are borderline, because a lot has accumulated on the tiles. With Acsi Card 20 euros. The staff are very friendly.Tradus automat.
- Martin L.August 2019Underground....Underground bad. Despite booking in advance, only got a pitch in the middle, which is actually not a pitch at all. Set up not possible. No service in the restaurant after 25 minutes. According to reception there was a lot going on, but people were being served left and right and tables were being cleared. No response after complaining to reception. One star for the functioning and clean sanitary facilities. 44€ per night.Tradus automat.
- Ina S.July 2019PlusuriLocationMinusuriterrible and loud music until the middle of the night and unfriendly staffgreat location but overworked unfriendly staff and Ballermann atmosphereThe initial enthusiasm about the great pitch fizzled out when the canopy was torn off the camper in the absence of the staff because three other vehicles were squeezed in between. From 21:00 there was disco with the typical bad Ballermann hits and underground remixes. Screaming and bawling youngsters... completed the party. The next morning we cautiously asked if there was disco every night and the boss exploded and threw us out. Obviously the people here are fed up with their own ballroom atmosphere. Otherwise he probably wouldn't have missed the fact that we were only asking to plan our stay and didn't want to complain. If you don't want to pay for Ballermann and overworked, unfriendly staff - and the fun here is not cheap - you should avoid this place.Tradus automat.
- Peter E.July 2018Plusuri- Sea view - Excursions to the Amalfi coast and Capri by boat in the villageMinusuri- very small pebble beach - small pitches - unfriendly, arrogant director - very small offer in the storeToo much promised! The site has very small pitches with no boundaries. The "beach" consists of coarse gravel and is mostly covered by bagnos. Hardly any room for a towel! Reception VERY unfriendly. Mini store, no shopping in the village!Tradus automat.
- Thomas R.April 2018PerfetoVery clean, friendly and great location near Capri. Beautiful view of the bay.Tradus automat.
- Detlef B.September 2016PlusuriVery nice location; small store open until 24:00; scooter rental and diving school on site; bus stop 2 minutes awayMinusuriFurnishing of the bungalows/ crockery etc. poor; no coffee machineCertainly not again! We stayed in one of the Bugalows for 14 days after the end of the fall vacations in Bavaria. I can only recommend this time with good hearing protection! This is because school-leaving classes come here regularly, i.e. every year (which we unfortunately didn't know), for their final trip. In our case,... 4 coaches with approx. 120 students. The noise caused by loud bawling and loud music from approx. 21:30 - 00:30 (night's rest from 24:00) is unbearable. Unfortunately, talking to the teachers did not help. So we complained to the tour operator and the owner of the resort to clarify the situation. We were then able to move to another bungalow after the 4th night, which made the noise level a little better. This 2nd accommodation was close to the bar, where the students spent the last day partying at a well-known volume until we asked for a quiet night at 00:45. The accommodations / bungalows are in themselves very nice, only the furnishings, kitchen utensils, gas stove (1 of 2 burners was not usable because the cover of the nozzle was too big; refrigerator without a door on the freezer compartment, making it impossible to freeze food), or bathroom (water leakage at the mixer lever) leaves much to be desired. The dishes consisted of old aluminum pots and a dented aluminum pan without any coating, so that normal cooking was hardly possible because everything burned in. One pot lid for all the pots was provisionally repaired with a wine cork because the handle was missing! The toilets in both bungalows flushed day and night because the seals were defective. When asked for repairs, we were told "unfortunately not possible at the moment". The beach is "Amalfi-typically" stony, but that's just the way it is, the water is very clean. The swimming area, which was delimited by buoys and ropes, is very small and polluted by bathers. The staff are very friendly, but it seems that they don't take much care of the accommodation after departure. You can eat well and cheaply in the restaurant on site. The staff there are also attentive and friendly. You should not make excursions that end after 18:00 by public transport, as you can no longer get to the campsite by bus. A cab from Santa Agata, where the bus line ends at 18:20, costs 35 euros. Otherwise, everything is easy to reach by bus, which is very cheap at €1.20. Our summary therefore: Nice friendly staff and a very beautifully situated campsite, but the service could be improved and the night's rest observed.Tradus automat.
- Sylvie M.September 2015PlusuriGood starting point for boat or bus tours along the Amalfi Coast. Boat dock and bus stop nearby.MinusuriThe neighbor is on your backGood starting point for the Amalfi CoastAnts are not exactly uncommon in southern Europe. We were just surprised that so few guests had a remedy for them. We sprayed the whole neighborhood. It was annoying that the operator seems to think that the campsite is never full. As a guest, you tend to notice overcrowding.Tradus automat.
- Wojtek K.September 2014PlusuriBeautiful location, good starting point for Capri, Positano or AmalfiMinusuriTightBeautiful and tightSmall right on the sea, beautiful location, great views, perfect place to take a break and gain strength for further hiking. Good starting point for Capri and the entire Sorrento peninsula.Tradus automat.
- Klaus S.September 20134 star place is a joke. Sanitary a cheek. Army ants all over the place, so you should stock up on spray against army ants. Although the place was designated for camping cheques, they were not accepted and the boss and staff were arrogant and very unfriendly. Conclusion: Never again !!!!Tradus automat.
- Florian H.September 2013Very nice campsite on the Amalfi Coast. The approach to the campsite is quite steep and the pitches for caravans and motorhomes are very limited. You can see the crystal clear sea from most of the pitches. The beach is occupied by sun loungers (for a fee), but there is also a free sunbathing area for... campers. The sanitary facilities are good and clean. You can take a nice hike from the campsite to the nearby bay (1.5 hours), not recommended in hot weather! Shopping is possible directly at the campsite, otherwise rather difficult.Tradus automat.
- Iris S.September 2012You arrive there after an exhausting journey and are directed by an Italian to a place that you assume is a parking lot! No way! On an area smaller than a soccer pitch, right in the middle, directly behind and next to another motorhome, a few centimeters of space for the awning! New sanitary facilities?... Never! And nothing nearby! You can really only dive when the weather allows it! We also had a thunderstorm, but had the foresight to disconnect our electricity, all of our neighbors' fuses blew and the lighting on the pitch was also gone! If you look at the power distribution and wiring, even a layman can predict that! The beach is not that of the campsite but a private one, stones, dirt and full! And the distances given are the vivid imagination of the operator, everything is much further than stated. Promised excursions directly from the site only take place when the operators feel like it! And NOT at the weekend! One more thing: there can be no misunderstandings due to language barriers, the lady at reception speaks perfect German! Never again!Tradus automat.

- angela m.July 2011the campsite is located in a very nice area, with direct access to the beach (pebble). The people of the campsite are super friendly, there is a store with basic food not too expensive, restaurant with good food and a wood oven pizzeria. The problem is that there are a lot of teenagers (Germans) who... only want to get drunk at night on the beach and that means that it is almost impossible to sleep!!!!! and when you think that the group is finally going back home comes another new one!!!!!!Tradus automat.
- Michael S.July 2011We were there with our VW bus in July 2011 (35.- night) and it was sometimes very restless on the place, by constantly on and off traveling guests who either dismantled early in the morning from 7 o'clock or arrived in the evening until midnight and then still set up. The sanitary facilities are medieval,... showers without ventilation, toilets without toilet seats, tiles suction flat. The place itself is clean and you are treated friendly. The supermarket prices are OK and you get everything and don't have to drive up to San Agata. The beach is very small and stony which was OK, but the water is great and invites you to snorkel. On the weekends the small beach was overcrowded with Italian families who occupied the beach from 7.30 in the morning and you could hardly get a place from 8 o'clock. We actually thought we would find some peace and quiet here after our tour of Italy, but that was only possible to a limited extent (almost every evening there was noisy animation until midnight and the nearby beach bar often played loud music into the night). Ant repellent is a must on the site we collected the last critters from the bus in Germany. We can only advise everyone to leave the car and rent a scooter (2 days 65.-) and explore the area and the Amalfi Coast with it, which is much less stressful and you can stop everywhere and take photos of this great coast.Tradus automat.
- axel s.September 2010We really liked the placeTradus automat.
- x y.September 2010Small pitches - NO sandy beach - VERY remote (1 hour from Sorrento by car or bus) For camping cheques from the previous year, 1 euro cash is demanded, staff unmotivated and unwilling to provide information - for example, we learned from other guests that the breakfast service also includes sausage and cheese - at no extra charge, but only on request! Our subjective impression: they want to take advantage of customers!Tradus automat.
- Franz S.September 2010Very nice location on a hill, but steep terrain with small pitches. The beach is very small, stony and not particularly attractive for children. The catering is very good, especially the family take-away pizza for 12 euros is great. The store is quite small, but has everything you need for breakfast.... There are cool drinks available almost around the clock, as there is also a bar next door. It is a long drive up an endless number of hairpin bends and you have to drive this way every day if you want to see something in the area. The location is therefore not ideal for excursions; you would be better off in the Sorrento area, where you live in the middle of the town. The Nettuno is in the middle of nature and is very relaxing. Unfortunately, the animation has to be blaring in the bar up here too, so I don't understand how some people award five points for "quiet" ?!?!? Sanitarios are well maintained, there is hot water at the sinks, the hot showers are included in the price. We paid 41 euros for 2+2+car+tent in the first week of September, which is OK. The staff are helpful and friendly, but a bit too keen to sell the private tours to Capri. They cost 30 euros here. From Sorrento we paid 85 euros on the ferry instead of 120. They insist on cash payment here, so make sure you have enough cash. The nearest machine is in Santa Agatha, 20 minutes up the hill.Tradus automat.
- Oliver S.September 2010Beautiful location on a rock, but very remote. The number of pitches for caravans and motorhomes is very limited. It is therefore essential to call and reserve in advance. The approach from Sorrento is very long and arduous. With a caravan, the access road down the mountain to the campsite is very steep,... winding and narrow. Brakes tend to overheat. However, a bus also drives up and down. The entrance and exit are VERY steep. We had difficulty getting back up to the main road when the road was wet with front-wheel drive. Boat trips to Capri, Amalfi, Positano etc. are offered. Excursions by car are difficult and exhausting due to the mountain road and the remote location. Pompeii (1.5 hours drive) and Vesuvius are better from a place near Salerno or Napoli. Completely unsuitable for small children as there is no playground and the pebble beach slopes steeply into the sea. The nearest reasonably priced supermarket is high up in the village of San Agata, approx. 8 km away.Tradus automat.
