The Bar Val with the view of the sea is wonderful. The sports facilities are great. Our pitch was shady and large. It would be nice if all tents were included in the pitch price. The campsite is centrally located. Ideal for teenagers. There... is a train connection. Unfortunately the connection costs money. The only thing that stressed us out a bit were the paper cards without which you can't get to the campsite. A different system would be nice here. The reception was cool and impersonal. The reserved pitch was free and sufficient in size.
When we left the site with the scooter we had problems re-entering. We were told that the scooter had to be... registered and then paid for accordingly. In the pre-season €3 and then the fee rises to €6.50 per day!
This has never happened to me in 40 years of camping that you don't have to pay for anything.
The much-praised Wi-Fi is a disaster.
The sanitary facilities are quite good if it weren't for the black mold on the washbasins, sinks, etc. Black mold would be.
The management of the campsite still has a lot to learn. We cannot recommend the campsite and will not come back. Boom, boom, boom all night until 7:00 in the morning from Zrce Beach, sometimes louder, sometimes quieter but always audible, depending on the wind direction.

The water is gently sloping, so it is also suitable for small children. The whole site is very shady in a forest. There are 2 supermarkets, several ice cream and bakery stands and other stores at the campsite. The wash houses are quite... large, spacious and always clean. Right by the sea next to the campsite there is a water bouncy castle and water sports rental, climbing wall etc. The pool area is very nice, right by the sea. However, without slides etc. and quite crowded in high season. There is also entertainment for children, but ours were already too big for it. There is also a petting zoo and pony rides up by the reception. There is a funicular to Novalja, but it was too crowded to ride at peak times. However, it is not too far to the small town with numerous restaurants and stalls on the promenade. There is also a small amusement park for children on the way to Novalja. People often complain that you can hear the music from the nearby Zrce beach, but we didn't notice anything. Even in Novalja itself, we were not disturbed by partying teenagers. We particularly enjoyed the fireworks, which take place every Tuesday during the season.Tradus automat.

The sea water is great, why people go into the pool is always a mystery to us🤔MinusuriUnfortunately, we also have two points that really bother us. We have been going to this campsite for over 15 years now and have noticed that the campers are getting worse and worse. Now even the towels and sunbeds are deposited on the beach in the morning and unfortunately only used for one hour a day. But you need a place in the sun and shade 😠 What's more, although walking speed is specified, everyone (cars, bikes and e-scooters) drives very fast. Is that still nice? If something is not changed, you should consider whether this place can still be described as "family-friendly". What a pity.Vacation from 08.07.2023There are house rules but unfortunately they are not enforced. Only if you lie on the beach on the adjacent meadow, because there is no space on the beach for the reasons mentioned above, you are told by the staff that it is forbidden. All other rules of the house rules are not observed by the campers... and are not demanded by the staff... We'll have to wait and see where this leads....
Unfortunately, the store owners change every year... This year there are not as tasty rolls as we know them... Don't get me wrong, the rolls and bread are good.... But not super good 😊 The prices are quite high due to the euro. Some of the sanitary facilities are very old , the beach is loveless with concrete slabs and graffiti . After 5 pm it was not possible to stay outside because of the mosquitoes. The place is very long and many things are not centrally located. But it's a vacation, so there should be time for a few more steps.
Our Parelle was just enough for the caravan awning and car. But there are also much larger ones. The sea view is unbeatable, even in row 4+.Tradus automat.- M. Our wash house was always clean and the staff were always friendly. We ate very well in the pizzeria and restaurant. The reception could be a bit bigger. The pool area is also rather small for the size of the site but who needs a pool with the sea. We were on the... site in mid-September and it was very quiet. Unfortunately, everyone walks their dogs on the site. If you are not afraid of the long coastal drive from Rijeka, you must definitely visit this beautiful place.Tradus automat.

Rene K.August 2021PlusuriGreat shady spots, cleanliness, supermarket, fresh fish, nice staff, good waste disposal (separation), good baked goods, tasty restaurant.MinusuriUnfortunately, there is not much to explore outside, otherwise nothing.Top, if you just want to stay on the complexWas a nice place with great camping neighbors, even with 8.5m caravan it works. But you need help without a mover! Otherwise a great place where I would come again if there was more outside. Novalja is a party stronghold for young people. Certainly perfect for that. But there's really nothing nearby... for sightseeing. It wasn't too loud either. Sometimes you could hear music from the party beach, but that's how it is on large resorts. The sanitary facilities were always clean, they were always being cleaned.
The only thing that really annoyed me were the other vacationers who were already filling up the beach areas with towels at 6am. The campsite should be more strict. There is also a dog beach. It was also very clean.
We liked it (30m and 25w). But we recommend taking a bike or e-scooter with you. The place is really big! You can rent one, but it costs a lot... just like everywhere else. The exchange rate was also very fair. You never really need to leave the pitch here.
It is also important that the site is 95% barrier-free!Tradus automat.- Joachim D.August 2021PlusuriThe friendliness of the staff, the huge beach and the easily accessible sea, the good food in the restaurantMinusuriThe many dogs - and the sanitary facilities could sometimes have been a little cleaner (but this is more down to the guests and not necessarily the cleaning staff). Some pitches have too many trees, therefore too shady and no satellite receptionBeautiful place with a super beachWe stayed at Strasko at the end of August/beginning of September and were satisfied, with a few exceptions. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, the food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced (but sometimes you had to queue a bit until a table was free) and the stores... on the site had pretty much everything you need as a camper. Some of the pitches are very large, but there are lots of trees, so you hardly get any sun and satellite reception is not possible.
We were very annoyed by the many dogs that peed everywhere (on our pitch it definitely stank of dog pee) and were also taken into the restaurant in the evening by their owners.
The beach is absolutely great, there was always enough space and from there you had beautiful access to the crystal clear sea. The prices were okay for the high season, from 01.09. we had a great discount with the CKE.Tradus automat.

You see the most incredible things how to get a caravan straight. Virtually nobody adheres to the 20kmh speed limit....Not even our own employees with their vehicles!Large campsite. The highlight is definitely the beach and the seaAll in all, a nice big pitch. But you can't compare it with the very well-developed pitches in Istria.
You pay less for that.
The island of Pag.... Well...once you've seen it, that's enough. The neighboring town of NOVALIJA...no thanks!
Not to be compared with the beautiful towns of Porec, Rovinj etc....
Lots and lots of snack bars etc.
Party island with lots of young people. You can really save yourself a visit to NOVALIJA.

Everything is great. But there is one thing I think deserves a special mention: In the current Covid 19 times, we are all facing special challenges - the way Strasko has solved it is unique. The sanitary facilities were cleaned and disinfected from morning to night - protective masks were worn very consistently by the staff.
