Gainer F.August 2024PlusuriThe arrival was very easy and the welcome was very nice. We had booked an overnight stay with a tent and electricity in advance. The campsite is beautifully situated on a lake, which is great for swimming when the weather is nice. You can choose where to pitch your tent. The toilets and showers in the sanitary building were clean.MinusuriThe car may not be parked next to the tent. You have to park in a public parking lot at the edge of the forest. The showers and toilets are far away from the campsite and the lighting was not very good at night (stairs). There are only 4 showers each (male and female), 2 of which are in the toilet area. The public toilet at the campsite (lake) was unfortunately very dirty/disgusting. ATTENTION: Do not spend the weekend on the campsite, as it is possible that several families meet there to party and the night's rest (from 10 p.m.) is not observed, which is apparently also known, as there is a sign in the sanitary building that you should call the police in the event of non-compliance with the night's rest.Campsite at the AuenseeWhile passing through, we spent one night from Saturday, August 10 to Sunday, August 11, 2024 at the campsite on the Auensee (with Storm, directly on the lake). It was easy to get there and the site was well signposted. We were warmly welcomed and briefed. The campsite is located directly on the lake... (very beautiful and inviting for swimming) and is also visited by NON-campsite guests during the day. You can choose where to pitch your tent, but we found that it was not so easy to connect to the electricity, even though we had booked it that way. The toilets by the lake were very dirty/disgusting and later completely blocked as they were also used by the public.
We had hoped for a quiet night but unfortunately we had apparently arrived on the wrong day of the week,
ATTENTION: Do not spend the weekend on the campsite, as it is possible that several families meet there to party and the night's rest (from 10 p.m.) is not observed (loud music, dancing and singing until 3 a.m.), which is apparently also known, as there is a sign in the sanitary building that you should call the police if the night's rest is not observed. We personally think that the campsite operator should ensure that the night's rest is observed and not the police. Conclusion: A short and noisy night. The site can be reached via a narrow, well-signposted road. Arrival was uncomplicated. Park your vehicle, register after reception opens and order bread rolls. The site is on a slope. Chocks are a good idea, especially for larger vehicles. Some of... the sanitary facilities are ultra-modern and clean. You need 50-cent coins for the shower (but then you get really hot water for 6 minutes). At the lake below there is a playground for children and a restaurant (open until 8pm).Tradus automat.

The staff was very friendly, the sanitary facilities well maintained. The small bathing lake with playground (newly created) / table tennis / beach ball and small restaurant invites you to linger. The access via the one-way road, where... two-way traffic from agricultural vehicles is permitted, is a bit narrow. The pitches are not parceled out, which is why it can be a little unstructured on busy days. We would personally recommend the campsite.Tradus automat.

It's rare to meet such a nice team and the other permanent campers are also really nice. The campsite with 150 permanent campers and 50 transit campers is not the biggest, but a lot is done. Fresh bread rolls etc. every day on request, even on Sundays. There... is no playground directly on the campsite, but there is one on the adjacent site where the lake is. There is also a volleyball court, table tennis table and the restaurant "Auenseehaus" where you can eat very tasty and you will also be served very friendly. For out-of-town guests visiting the site for the first time, it would be good to know that the office hours are only for a few hours a day (see homepage) but you can still arrive outside these times and simply register later. Update 11.01.2018: The men's sanitary facilities have been renovated and reopened. Now it's time for the women's sanitary facilities. A lot is happening here!!! TOP PLATZ bathing lake newly created and so summer 2018 can come!!!Tradus automat.

Nice and helpful staff at reception who, despite the one-night stay, pointed out the possibilities in the surrounding area and the free WiFi. Clean sanitary facilities, albeit a little older.
