Stephanie F.July 2023PlusuriYou can get there quickly from the Ruhr area.MinusuriFor us there was nothing to complain about!Beautiful idyllic campsite with lake.It's a very idyllic campsite with a beautiful lake. We were on the lake every day with our SUP and of course we also went swimming. The tenants are great people, super friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable. Our daughter was out and about all day, she went to the playground, rode the Kettcar... around the campsite and made lots of new friends.
We adults were also able to meet great new people with the other campers, it was very relaxed and we had great entertainment. It was sociable in the Camping Klause, the schnitzels were delicious. (My personal favorite was the Champion Schnitzel with fries.) Price, performance simply top. I was centrally located by a small hedge and only had a few steps to the lake. It's about 6 km to Rees, which you can cycle through the fields. The toilets are not so nice as there are no toilet seats, otherwise the sanitary facilities are fine.Tradus automat.

The tourist pitches are located at the back of the campsite on a meadow that is not parceled out. However, there is no free choice of pitch here. We were allocated... the pitch where we could pitch our tent. There are sufficient electricity and water connections on the meadow, as well as garbage cans for waste disposal.

The sanitary facilities had no toilet paper and no toilet seats. Hot water is only available to a limited extent. The location between two lakes is very nice, but there are a lot of mosquitoes here. In the evening there was a party in a nearby hall until 2am. However, the volume was just tolerableTradus automat.

The campsite is in a somewhat remote location surrounded by greenery. We stood on a beautiful large meadow with a directly adjacent lake, great view. Depending on where you stand, you need a few more meters for the electricity connection. The sanitary... facilities are quite new and well maintained. The restaurant can also be recommended, small offer, but very tasty food. The surrounding towns/villages are easy to reach by bike. If you had to list something negative, perhaps the toilet paper that you have to take with you would be annoying for one or the other. You can also hear the agricultural trucks behind the hedge. But that's about it. All in all really great!!!Tradus automat.
