However, this was probably beyond the control of the campsite operator.Fantastic campsiteThe sanitary facilities are very clean and modern. There is a room with a dog shower, a very clean washroom and a great restaurant. The food in the restaurant was really very good and a reservation is recommended. Even the locals seem to like coming there to eat.
We were there with three large hunting... dogs, which was no problem. We were warmly welcomed. Due to the many wildlife impressions, the leash requirement is recommended, not only because of the commandment.
All wishes are fulfilled! We were really happy all round and will definitely be back!!!Tradus automat.

This time on pitch 9 with a wonderful view of Maurauch and the Rofan mountains.
Electricity at the pitch, but a long connection cable is necessary so that the power cable doesn't get in the... way. Water is available at the tap on the path.
The sanitary building with shower, sink, washing machines and dryers as well as the lounge area with TV (Handball U21 WM) and terrace is excellent and was always spotlessly clean.
Even when the pitch was full, the sanitary building was adequate (if you don't necessarily want to shower at 08:00).
The restaurant is recommendable (closed on Tuesdays), the terrace operation did not bother us on pitch 9, you can only hear the exhaust air from the kitchen.
Maurach with supermarkets and other stores is within walking distance (10 minutes), but there is also a minibus every hour (at the departure times of the buses to Achenkirch / Jenbach or Pertisau). Public transportation is free with the guest card (1 Euro fee).

The local bus runs twice an hour to Maurach, the walk into the village takes 15 minutes.MinusuriThe facilities on the pitch are simple. Pitch 13 had a power connection on the pitch, otherwise longer cables are required. Fresh water is available at a tap, the pitch has no waste water outlet. TV was possible in the power box.A great vacation at Lake AchenseeFrom the written request to the arrival and departure. We felt very welcome by the Kinigadner family.
A great wash house with a super roof terrace, public TV and an indoor children's playground.
Everything was very clean and questions at reception were always answered nicely and well.
Some of the... tourist pitches are former permanent pitches and are large enough. There are also other tourist pitches available for smaller caravans and motorhomes, as well as an area for tents.
The campsite restaurant is good and the food is tasty.
The location on the mountain offered sun from 08:00 to 18:00, which was ideal at temperatures of over 30 degrees, as the caravan still had time to cool down before the night.
It was a 10-minute walk to the Achensee beach.
The guest card offers free local transport, the adventure card costs money, but then offers unlimited rides on two cable cars, the Achensee steam cog railroad and the Achensee boat trip plus museum admission for a week, great!
