Dirty restrooms. Moldy showers, neighbors crammed right next to each other, very expensive—it feels like the front desk is never staffed except on Saturdays. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. We’re heading home disappointed. Never again. To get to the restrooms, you have to walk through the showers. How unpleasant. People of all ages walk right past you while you’re showering naked.

Pure relaxation

This campsite appeals at first sight. Everything is clean, nice staff. Unfortunately not suitable for those seeking peace and quiet, as there are obviously a lot of youth groups staying here. During my stay it was only possible to sleep at around 2.00 am. Unfortunately, even my request to those responsible the day before to at least allow peace and quiet to return from midnight didn't help. What a pity!

Showers close quickly.
Nice campsite for travellers.
Good place to stay, boats can be rented for boating on the Neisse River. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere. You must arrive at the campsite by 20.00 to check in and take a shower. After that the rooms are closed.

Small and fine campsite
Very nice small campsite is located directly on the Neisse cycle path and therefore very quiet because around it is only fields, meadows and the Neisse. The restaurant belonging to the place is unfortunately not always open, but alternatively you can eat lunch in the village to recommend for the small... purse would be e.g. the cafeteria of the hospital or go to the butcher Eichler they offer every day a changing cheap lunch dish. Also highly recommended in the city is the Kanka Kebap Haus which can be found in Priebuser Str. just like the butcher Eichler, here you can eat comfortably but also inexpensively. In the vicinity of the campsite you will also find shopping facilities, doctors, a pharmacy, a hospital (orthopaedics), restaurants etc. The campsite is recommended for all those who would like to take a boat trip on the Neisse, as the operator offers this service. Cycling tourists are also in good hands here, as the Neisse cycle path leads right past the campsite. You can also start day trips from here to the Zittauer Gebirge, Bautzen, Görlitz, Nochten boulder park with Bärwalder See etc.

Quiet place in the countryside
Nice quiet campsite
The well-kept campsite is located approx. 2km from Rothenburg in der Lausitz. The Neisseradweg cycle path is only 200m away. The site is flat and has a beautiful lawn. Small trees therefore little shade. The sanitary facilities are adequate and very clean. The showers without partitions. Excursions by bike in the surrounding area (e.g. Kulturinsel Einsiedel, Görlitz, Niesky). The reception also offers rubber dinghy tours on the Neisse.

Quiet place as a base for nature experiences and culture
Extremely quiet place, hardly any shade (trees are still growing), separate toilet for short distances, restaurant in the main building (when in operation?), central location for excursions to NSG Niederspree, Erlichthof, Görlitz (city tour!), Abenteuer-Staun-Land Kulturinsel Einsiedel, boat tours on... site, etc. Collective changing room/shower, but there was nothing going on in August, so no problem. Campfire possible on site - an eternal Wessie dream! Really everything included, simple calculation of the low overnight costs.
