"Beautiful place in the Ardennes - We were there for one night at Pentecost 2023 with a medium-sized caravan and dog. The operators / employees were nice and helpful when booking and on site. Large campsite, under Dutch management, well maintained, with everything a family with children needs (large pool, playgrounds etc). The site was full at the time and therefore "quite lively" during the day, but absolutely ok and very quiet at night/evenings. Store, snack bar, restaurant, pub, pool terrace etc. available. Plots large enough, no problem even for large caravans. Electricity connection directly on the pitch. Water and waste water connections a little further away. Sanitary well maintained and clean, sufficient in number. Location of the site right next to the forest very good for us to walk the dog. Location of the site also good for hiking, exploring the Ardennes by bike or car. Conclusion: large, beautiful, lively site, great location, surroundings absolutely "dog-friendly"

"The course was a positive surprise - We went to this site on our return journey from Paris and spontaneously extended our stay, as this site was a surprise find. The reception was professional and very friendly. We were pointed straight to the very good restaurant and it was indeed very good (both visually and in terms of quality). There is a sufficiently large and heated swimming pool where you can swim laps. There is a children's pool right next to it. The pitches are laid out in terraces, largely flat and with a good stock of trees. It is so quiet on this site that we woke up at 4.30 am to the sound of birds. Very nice. There is a play forest and a paintball area for older children. Overall, however, the site is very remote, so you always need a car for excursions. However, the site is ideal for relaxing. The sanitary facilities are clean and modern. Because of its proximity to France, we would also recommend the site for transit (280 km from Paris). Great find and that's why we spontaneously extended our short stay.

"Beautifully situated Dutch colony - My title is in no way meant to be malicious, but for me personally the crowd was simply not international enough. The campsite is nice and quiet, with lots of shade. Very good restaurant, nice pool area. Very suitable for middle-aged children, even for a longer stay.

" - camping is schoon, goed onderhouden en goed bijgehouden. rust op camping: in principe radiostilte van kampeerders, wel muziekgeluiden rond restaurant en bar binnen en buiten rustig in omgeving behalve op de nationale feestdag

" - I thought it was a terribly expensive campsite. We had to pay 57 euros for 1 night! ( family with 3 children in camper) and that during low season: swimming pool closed and no animation provided. If you go to visit someone you also have to pay 3 euros per person ( so 15 euros for our family). I understand that this is necessary in high season, to make the pool visitors pay ... but in low season I find this horrible money! Not worth the name "family camping"!

Our large camping grounds consist of several sites with a panoramic view overlooking the …hills of the Semois Valley. In a relaxing, hospitable atmosphere and with a good customer service we try to make our guests feel at home. In addition, we offer exciting recreation and first class facilities. At Ardennen Camping Bertrix you can hire a spacious campsite, a luxurious mobile home or a wooden Ardennes style cabin. Through the links given below you find all information about our accommodation facilities. Since 1 January 2007, Ardennen Camping Bertrix is a member of the “Ardenne & Gaume Campingvakanties” and is given an 8.4 (on a scale of 10) by the ANWB. We are looking forward to welcoming you as our guest and to ensure you a pleasant stay. - The Ardennen Camping Bertrix Team - Leave the E411 via exit 25 to Bertrix. Follow the N89 until the second roundabout and follow again the signs for Bertrix. Once in the centre you follow the arrows from Ardennen Camping Bertrix.

Ardennen Camping Bertrix is within easy reach from the major motorways to the south, the E411 and the E25. Coming from Maastricht Follow the E25 Luxembourg → where the E411 and the E25 meet, follow Namen (Namur) and Brussels (Bruxelles) …→ after 14 km take exit 25, the N89 to Bertrix (3rd exit on the roundabout) → in Bertrix follow the signs that lead to the camping. Coming from Brussels Follow the E411 Namen (Namur) in the direction of Luxembourg → take exit 25, the N89 to Bertrix → after 6,5 km take the N884 to Bertrix (3rd exit on the second roundabout) → in Bertrix follow the signs that lead to the camping. Coming from Luxembourg Follow the E411 to Namen (Namur) and Brussels (Bruxelles) → take exit 25, the N89 to Bertrix (3rd exit on the roundabout) → after 6,5 km take the N884 to Bertrix (3rd exit on the second roundabout) → in Bertrix follow the signs that lead to the camping.
