Play facilities, bike course, for younger and older children and teenagers. Hiking and biking (own bike rental) along the Drau or up the surrounding mountains, water sports on the Drau or free use of the swimming... pool, all within a short distance of the campsite. Friendly people at reception and on the campsite keep everything clean. Breakfast rolls and a small restaurant to satisfy hunger before or after the activities.

But of course it's nobody's fault *gg*DreamlikeIt was definitely the most beautiful campsite we have ever been to. A large selection of mountain tours and bike tours. Leisure activities such as rafting, canyoning and more. One week was definitely too short for us, because of course we couldn't experience everything. The great adventure swimming pool... is right next to the campsite and simply perfect for children and also for us parents to cool off. Super friendly staff in every area. All open to questions. Hiking in the area, certainly also used the Carinthia pass. Nice pool for the kids, but also the sports field, table tennis and water feature with rocks. Performance local choir in costume was also fun. Made use of the many... decking facilities in case of wet weather. Supermarket nearby. Definitely a place to come back to once. Some of the trailers were so close together that you couldn't leave when you wanted to. We had been looking forward to a great vacation in Austria... after having spent the last few years in Holland. Unfortunately we had to realize that we had landed in "Holland" again. The entertainment program was exclusively in Dutch, and at the snack bar we had frikandel and chips special instead of the Kaiserschmarrn we had hoped for. I would like to make it clear here that we have nothing against the Dutch, on the contrary! I just don't want to give the wrong impression, but we were expecting something different. Our daughter was the only German child and found it difficult to make friends as nobody understood her language. Even in the evening entertainment program, there was only bingo and mini disco in Dutch. The adjoining outdoor pool, however, was a dream. And the surroundings were also very beautiful. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune that it rained incessantly for almost three weeks. The few hikes we were able to do were fantastic, and the excursions to the nearby lakes were also great. If we had been informed about the Dutch background of the campsite when we booked, we wouldn't have been so disappointed. It just wasn't a vacation in Austria. That was a real shame. Helmut W.July 2013We stayed at this campsite for 10 days at the end of June/beginning of July. It is wonderfully located on the Drau cycle path near the village of Dellach im Drautal. The proximity to the village provides an optimal infrastructure, the nearest supermarket (M Preis) is only about 700m away and can be easily... reached by bike or on foot. In the village there is also a Spar market, tourist information and pizzeria. The Gasthof Weigand- Trunk (opposite the M Preis) is recommended. It offers a good range of food at fair prices. The campsite offers a bread roll service in the morning and a gas station on site. These catering options make it possible to leave the car parked for a few days. The leisure options are varied. Some excursions are possible with the Kärnten Card. Included in the price is the outdoor pool right next to the campsite. The pool consists of a small children's area, a spacious adventure pool and a swimming pool. The adventure pool is equipped with a slide, a current channel and a water mushroom. It is particularly praiseworthy that camping guests can visit the pool free of charge and informally. There is an adventure playground on site with everything children need. There are also table tennis tables and a volleyball court. The pitches are not parceled out, they were divided up with sawdust at the beginning of the main season, a thoroughly creative and environmentally friendly solution. There are two sanitary facilities on the site. The new sanitary area meets today's standards, but the older sanitary area is also fine. There is no separate bathroom for children, but there are low washbasins in the newer sanitary area. The cleanliness was always good. It was never overcrowded, quality and quantity were right here. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The electricity boxes are sometimes very far away. It is advisable to have at least 40m of cable with you. On our arrival we were provided with this for one night without any problems. For dog owners, the Drau cycle path offers plenty of opportunities to walk your dog. The site is heavily frequented by Dutch people. The location on the Drau cycle path makes it interesting for cyclists. The price/performance ratio is good, especially in the early and late season. Conclusion: The combination of outdoor pool and campsite, the leisure opportunities in Carinthia and the good infrastructure make this site a worthwhile destination.Automaticky preložené.
