Wonderful nature, beautiful cycle paths and hiking trails

No price offers beforehand, no confirmation of reservation, the sanitary facilities from 70-80 years partly defective but clean, payment is required in advance and no money will be refunded in case of early departure, no discounts accepted, the owner (village Babylon) must have something to do here, 6 euro/day electricity costs are a madness.......

With the electricity price is "abkasiert" everything else we take in purchase, unfortunately there is no Campingsplaz nearby

Rating of Babylon campsite
The overall good impression of the campsite was very spoiled by the fact that the campsite offers a 10% discount for pensioners when booking a stay. It offers, but does not provide - neither when paying at the reception, nor when additionally requesting it at the reception, nor when requesting it directly... from the manager (manager) of the campsite. And unfortunately, besides the ignorance of the lady at the reception ( it happens, it was probably a temporary worker), I was also given embarrassing excuses and referred to additional e-mail correspondence, to which no one responded.

The good price-performance ratio and the very quiet location. There are always places available. Swimming/shopping facilities within walking distance.

Very quiet location and I am satisfied with it. there is a kiosk for meals and also a shopping facility (similar to EDEKA) nearby. the bathing lake nearby with a small "infrastructure" is also not too demanding. I like coming here.

Socialist charm
This place still exudes socialist charm. The showers in the large washroom are poorly partitioned off with curtains (cleaned promptly with plenty of water and disinfectant), standardized sheet metal walls in the toilets, but there is also a spacious self-catering kitchen with plenty of open but covered seating. Lots of bungalows, but plenty of space on the meadow for tents. Beautiful bathing lake 500m away (entrance fee).
