"Highly recommended - After visiting the site last year, I spent a weekend here. Very friendly operators, cold drinks as supplies, clean san. Facilities, naturally kept place and not so sterile and paved. And if you like peace and quiet, you're in good hands here. Gladly again!

"Good quiet campsite - Very good for excursions in the surrounding area, Altenahr, Ahrweiler, Nürburgring, etc. Great for cycling. There is still a lot to do on the site and in the Ahr valley but it will get better with time. We would love to come back.

"The only campsite on the Ahr that is not on the main road - Overall, the campsite is just right for vacationers who like to go hiking or cycling and don't want to stay right next to a main circuit to the Nürburgring

"Unkind owner - I broke my ankle complicated by a fall at the campsite. I had slipped on a little hill and collided with a campsite pole. The owner did not respond when my husband asked for help. He just barely let the ambulance onto the property. I spent 7 days in the hospital. The owner never asked how I was doing. Not even when we came to pay the bill....
