The welcome was not very friendly. The stated pitch size did not correspond to the facts. We had booked 7 days and paid in advance. After the pitch was ankle-deep in water after 3 days, we left. My suggestion to issue a credit note for the remaining... 4 days was rejected.
We found the sanitary building an imposition. One urinal for the whole site and 2 showers that you have to pay extra for. There are 2 sanitary buildings on the campsite, which are explained on your arrival sheet. And then another 1 for the sanitary facilities, too bad I can't attach photos so people can see how clean and tidy the sanitary facilities... are. That the sanitary facilities are used in winter, yes, in wet weather it looks different, you must also understand that we clean 3 to 4 times a day.
You never asked us for a voucher or expressed any problems with the place, you could have just changed the place.
It's not surprising that the floor in the restaurant is wet with all the rain and people going in. You may have been there one evening and the restaurant was closed on the other days. (On average 100 people eat each night, so the floor is actually used).
And what can we do about a wet spot, with all the rain we've had recently? Your caravan was on a paved gravel pad. The size of the pitches stated on the website is 100 to 120 square meters, there is no misrepresentation.
The fact that you are leaving early is your own decision, so there is no reason for us to issue you a credit note.
All in all, I am sorry that the weather did not cooperate during your vacation!!! Posting a bad score anywhere should not lead to your conclusion. Posting reviews is so easy, you should know how much work goes into it.

It can always happen that you find a glass with a crack or tear every restaurant tries to prevent this but not everything is seen you can also indicate this on the spot. The staff does its best as possible... we work with students (not fully trained staff), like any company it is difficult to recruit full-time staff and no one is 100% in his work and the interest is not always high.Automaticky preložené.

The sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. The pitches for campers and caravans... are gravelled and there is a grassed area. Unfortunately, this grass area is not always green due to awning floors and can sometimes be muddy as a result. Otherwise a great place, especially as a starting point for mountain biking and hiking.
