I think the negative comments about the sanitary facilities are a bit exaggerated! We were given a very warm welcome and felt really welcome with our tents. It still exists - the tent meadow - which is reserved exclusively for tents. No more being squeezed in between motorhomes. Yay! We actually only wanted to stay 2 nights, but fell in love with... this place and stayed longer. That wasn't a problem either. There was always someone available to answer questions. Everything was very relaxed. We went on a discovery tour of the campsite and then found our way around - everything was a bit labyrinthine. We like that. Pool, table tennis, tennis, bread delivery service, washing machine, ... Everything was great for us. The location between Bolzano and Merano offers many possibilities. Car, bike, motorcycle, hiking, also public transport such as bus and cable car. No children's entertainment. Restaurant right on site. Sanitary super clean. The site itself is nicely laid out, although some of the pitches are small.... The pizza in the restaurant on site is very good. A state road runs alongside the site with only partially paved pedestrian paths, so even walking along the road with dogs is not without danger due to the traffic (sometimes excessive speed).Automaticky preložené.

The site is a bit outdated but clean. There are no signs, the operators provide friendly information. There is also a bread roll service.

We were here with the camper van for the second time after 2015 and were again totally satisfied. The site is particularly suitable for those who can keep themselves busy and don't need any entertainment. Therefore less suitable for families with young children. There is a pizzeria on the site. The dishes and pizzas are very tasty and the portions very generous. We paid 31 euros per night for 2 adults and 1... bus in July. tip: with the Mobilcard (3 or 7 days - 23 or 28 euros) you can use all buses and trains in South Tyrol plus the Vilpian and Burgstall cable cars, the Ritten cable car in Bolzano and one in Merano. There is also a similar card + bike (Mobil-Bike-Card - unfortunately I don't know the conditions). The site is small but nice. Certainly a bit outdated here and there but always clean. The sanitary facilities no longer meet today's standards, but were always clean. Unfortunately, the pitches are usually a bit small (approx. 60-70 square meters)... and there is no reception. There are also no other signs on the site or instructions. Despite the lack of a store, we found out by chance on the last day that there is a bread roll service. I think that if the pool and sanitary facilities were modernized and a reception and certain signs were put up at the site, the site would have the potential to become an absolute insider tip.Automaticky preložené.
