Generously laid out
Stay: 7 days in early August with a tent. On a large flat plain there are pitches with and without shade, by the river or completely secluded. Quiet and plenty of choice. The town center is close to the campsite and there are 2 supermarkets 1-2 km away. The staff are English-speaking and helped us with... telephone calls in French. When we were there, a classic meal menu with music was offered weekly, 14 euros per adult, 7 per child. The sanitary facilities (sitting toilets) are clean (cleaned daily) but very outdated, e.g. water spurting out of the water pipe, no toilet paper, no soap and no toilet seat. There was a new sanitary building: toilets on one side, showers on the other and washbasins for dishes in the middle:)! There is no toilet paper, no soap and no toilet seat. There is free WiFi in the TV room, but only one socket. There is an outdoor pool. There is a small bathing area by the river. Price per night in August, 2 adults, 2 children under 13, tent, car: approx. 25 euros.

Good price/performance ratio. Many shady spots. Access to the river. Friendly staff. Pool. Good shopping facilities on site.

Noise-sensitive guests should avoid the extra area for groups, as parties are often held there late into the night.
Feel good by the river
Recommended campsite in scenic surroundings. Extensive meadow area in a beautiful location by the river. Walking distance to the town center with good infrastructure.
