Our impression: The pitches were a bit cramped, but okay. Sanitary facilities were clean and in good condition. Very friendly team. Short distances to the S-Bahn station to Lochhausen (approx. 3 km), and to shopping (Lidl, Tegelmann, Kaufland) to Gröbenzell (4 km). We felt comfortable there and will definitely come back again. We received a very friendly welcome, there were fresh bread rolls in the morning, the night cost €21, the sanitary building was warm and clean. The place is as already described a pretty noisy place, the highway is 100 meters away, there is heavy traffic when the permanent campers come from work in the evening. I didn't get a reply. I then called them and the owner told me to call the day before, I didn't need to book in advance. One day before our arrival I called and the operator's husband said we could come (800... km journey). When we arrived at half past four in the afternoon, only the representative was there and she told us that there was no more space available and we couldn't stay there. Price-performance ratio absolutely unacceptable!!!Cp is not recommendable!!! The pitches for caravans are like a battery farm for chickens! No space to put table and chairs in front of the caravan. You can hear every word your neighbor says - zero privacy! No quality of stay for children as there is no meadow. Playground and soccer field are supposedly... at the nearby lake, but it is almost 2 km away and only accessible by crossing the highway feeder road, so you can't send children alone. The football pitch resembled a potato field! The staff are very reserved and not exactly friendly.Automaticky preložené.

- Luca C.September 2013It takes 20 minutes to get to Munich by train from the Lochausen train station 5 min drive away. It is not a campground it is more of a rest area. Great for visiting Munich. Hot and clean bathrooms. 0.50 cents to take a shower. Spartan but convenient place to wash dishes too. Washer and dryer available. And they are charged the full overnight price! And showering also costs extra! Pure rip-off - not even recommended as a transit site. The only thing worth mentioning are the sanitary facilities. - Herbert S.July 2012The sanitary facilities are the only positive thing about this site. The size of the pitches is like a shoebox. Even if you think you can't fit any more caravans in, the owner will still squeeze in an extra one. We weren't actually on a pitch, but on the part where unused caravans are parked. The store... doesn't serve fresh rolls from the bakery, but baked rolls. It also doesn't open at 07:00, as stated on the homepage, but at 08:00. Instead of being customer-oriented, the owner exudes self-importance. The barrier opening times are strictly regulated. I would never recommend this place if it is only for an overnight stay, especially as you can constantly hear a "romantic" background noise from the highway.Automaticky preložené.
Stefanie L.November 2011Recommended for a visit to the city. You can reach the S-Bahn station in 2 minutes by car. The pitch is very narrow and does not offer nice parking spaces. The ground is graveled and therefore not muddy when it rains! Workers use this place, as well as short vacationers and permanent campers. Very nice... operator. Kiosk offers a lot. Sanitary facilities are warm and clean. The small restaurant and western saloon offer home cooking and ready-made pizza. We would love to come back for a city tour of Munich.Automaticky preložené.
Markus H.October 2011First of all, we only spent one night there. The site is right next to the highway and therefore not the quietest. The pitches are rather cramped. In summer there are 3 very nice lakes next to the site, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained... and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even in the evenings, if no one is available, just ring the bell and they will help you. Kiosk with fresh bread rolls and everything you need. Small and cozy restaurant with home cooking. Well suited for travelers and those who are mainly on the road (sightseeing etc.) and are mainly looking for a place to stay overnight. The distance to the nearest neighbor was barely one meter. Putting up an awning was out of the question. The only thing worth mentioning are the sanitary facilities. Clean and well maintained. The sanitary facilities are absolutely top.the restaurant completely newly renovated. and for a camping site a food offer of the finest.the highlight on the site is a western saloon where you really feel like in the wild west.a pity that the pitches are a bit small.otherwise everything was only positive for us. - Jens V.May 2011My honest comment on this campsite is devastating. The staff are absolutely unfriendly and the crowd is made up of long-term campers who drink alcohol all the time. We were only there for one night and what we saw was enough for us. We saw everything from rotten furnishings to disgusting food, but the... worst thing was the price-performance ratio: we actually had to pay 10 euros more than at Lake Garda! It's well known that the prices on Lake Garda are already steep, but I would never have thought such prices possible for a campsite that deserves to be called a junkyard. Astronomical! In summary, my recommendation is never to go to the campsite and avoid setting foot on the site.Automaticky preložené.

It's really more of a parking space and not a campsite. Western style doesn't bother me, but the place has no ambience at all. Otherwise a typical city campsite: caravans are placed as close together as possible, every cm is used;... the staff somewhere between unfriendly and ignorant; the first impression would probably make you turn on your heel on another site, but on a city tour you are only on the site to sleep...which is made more difficult by the neighboring motorway.
