Beautifully maintained campsite directly on the canal with access to cycle routes and footpaths, as well as a swimming pool. Efficient heating and air conditioning. Large fridge.
Negatívne
Mobile home for 2 people is very small. Poor price/performance ratio: No complete bed set (without comforter). Kitchen set (cloth, sponge, kitchen towels) was only one available, no dish drainer. Instantaneous water heater delivers hot water very slowly. No parasol on the terrace (insufficient sun protection). WLAN weak connection, we had to log in several times.
Mobile home vacation
Surroundings of the mobile home:
Noise from the sewage treatment plant day and night and sometimes strong odors depending on the wind direction.
Shopping facilities and restaurant:
The self-service restaurant only offers a small fast food menu and the shopping facilities are minimal. Grocery shopping... must be done in the surrounding area.
Bikes can be rented at the campsite (5 bikes), unfortunately none for tall people.

It was/is very annoying and inconsiderate that the son of the restaurant owner drove past our mobile home on his moped every day (morning and evening) despite the driving ban. In addition, in the evening in the forbidden direction.

Disposal points are not marked on the campsite map and are not clearly visible. There is no paper disposal.

Beautiful campsite in a beautiful location. However, the rental caravan was very old and without mosquito nets on the windows -> as there is a farm right next to the campsite, the fly infestation was indescribable, both outside and inside the caravan :-((( Swarms of flies everywhere, including in the public cooking area. Like many others, we therefore left early. Complaints about this were not taken seriously at reception.

Very quiet and beautifully situated site. Own jetty with which you can reach Lake Murrten or Lake Neuchâtel.
