"Excellent place - Excellent location, very clean and very friendly Excellent location on the state road to Merano, directly below the Gand wall. Access very narrow. Bolzano is easily accessible both by bike and by bus (free with the Bolzano Card!), yet you notice relatively little of the city. Quite quiet for a big city campsite, only the rescue helicopters taking off and landing nearby (hospital) and especially a nearby shooting range can sometimes be disturbing. Neat, mostly gravel pitches with electricity, water and waste water and TV connection (DVB-S + DVB-T), it is annoying that fast WLAN is now clearly subject to a surcharge - a pity. Nice little store with all the essentials and a pleasant restaurant; very nice swimming pool with salt disinfection and no chlorine (!). Very clean sanitary facilities with information about the country and its people. Cultural program - unfortunately not as broad and frequent as it used to be. Very (!) friendly staff. We were there in summer 2005 and then almost every year in Sept/Oct - and will be back.

"Beautiful place near Bolzano - We were delighted with the place. Simply perfect from the first moment to departure. Everything is easy to reach with the Bolzano Card. Quick access by car to the high alpine excursion destinations. We would love to come back.

"Very nice, cozy camping site - Requested at short notice and promptly got a parking space. Friendly reception - everything is explained well. Clean facility - everything well thought out. Good location for cycling to Bolzano. Alternative Etsch cycle path to Merano. Good waste separation (even paper bags for organic waste!). We will come back to Bolzano and to the Moosbauer family!

"Perhaps the best CP ever... - All in all, this campsite is perhaps the best thought-out (and cleanest!) campsite we have ever been to. We will definitely be back again!

"Very well-kept campsite to recommend - The campsite is highly recommended. Regional specialties are offered. The campsite is less suitable for dog owners despite the good dog infrastructure (walking dogs).

At the end of ther holiday our guests should feel enriched, and as if they have benefited. And what could be better, more authentic, than the many facets of our wonderful region of South Tyrol? Our LernCamping® concept (camp and …learn) makes all this possible. Through information panels and brochures, mini seminars, lectures and degustations of typical South Tyrolean product like wine or speck and much more, you'll get to know our region in an informative, relaced and easy way. Our small, but delightful campsite is located west of Bolzano and set in beautiful surroundings at the very heart of South Tyrol. You will appreciate our service and find the atmosphere warm and cosy. Naturally our campsite offers allt he usual amenities, such as a central base for hiking and biking like up to the Renon or the Salto, the convenient bus connection to Bolzano and Merano, a mini market with local products, restaurant, i-point and WLan, cost-free bicycle rental and swimming pool with children's splash splash pool and play area. And then, of course, there's our unique "learn sanitary block" too. Get to knowm ore about South Tyrol while taking a shower, washing up or cleaning your teeth!

Coming from the highway A22 take the exit Bolzano sud and follow the signs to "hospital". On the old state street to Merano you will arrive at a traffic light, where you would turn to the right to go to …the hospital. You go straight on and take the entrance to the campsite after 500m. GPS: 46°30'03"N - 011°18'00"E Adress for the navigation system: Via Merano 101 To come to us with the bus you can take the line n. 201 Bolzano - Merano from the bus station in Bolzano and go off the bus directly at the entrance to the campsite. Or you take the cityline 10a from the train station, go off the bus at the hospital and go about 800m by feet to reach us.
