"Beautiful campsite with very nice beach access - We've been here several times at the end of the season and will be back again. The large pitches and the pleasant peace and quiet are just great. Now that the youth groups are completely gone, it will also be quieter in the high season.

"a second home - We have been spending our summer vacations at Nautic Almata for over 20 years. The location of the campsite in the middle of a nature reserve and right by the sea is unique. The restaurant right on the beach deserves special mention. It's a great place to sit and there are sunny and shady spots to suit all tastes. The staff, whether at reception or on the pitch, are always friendly and helpful.

"Camping Nautic Almata - This campsite has now become our home. The staff do a mega good job. The reception is always responsive to the wishes of its guests and implements them. The sanitary facilities are always clean and the whole site is very well maintained. If you're on vacation, you're in really good hands at Nautic Almata.

"Absolutely NOT recommended - First of all, the positive aspects: Camping Nautic Almata is a very beautiful and well-kept site in a great location on the beach. The supermarket is well stocked. The staff are very friendly and always try to clean up the mess and dirt that some guests leave behind. Unfortunately, the negative points predominated during our stay: There is a constant noise level in the square. Loud music blares from all corners around the clock, car engines are left running for 30 minutes so that the air conditioning cools down nicely. In the evening there is loud music from the beach bar and then the party continues on the pitches until the early hours of the morning. Youth groups have techno parties everywhere, even in the sanitary facilities there is loud music from Bluetooth speakers ... When the wild horde has left the sanitary building again, it looks like vandals. There is NO night-time peace on the site. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you should definitely avoid this site! This was the most expensive and worst stay on our trip, we will definitely NOT be back.

"Great place right on the beach - Every year for 15 years on site in the first row, I know of no other place on the Costa Brava where you can look out to sea from your motorhome and the beach is so close. The youth camp was on site until last year, but the security service always kept things quiet from 10pm. This year it was very quiet, you almost missed the youth camp :-) Very clean facilities, good campsite management, every problem is dealt with quickly. Multilingual, even as a non-English speaking guest, you are always helped. Will be there next year from May.....

We would like to inform you about our campsite "Nautic Almata", a perfect place to spend an unforgettable holiday with your family and friends. OUR SIX OUTSTANDING FEATURES: Nautic Almata has all the facilities you would expect of a modern …first class campsite, plus six features which make it stand out from the rest as an ideal holiday location: 1.- Its idyllic setting in the natural park of the “ Aigüamolls de l'Empordà". 2.- Campsite residents have virtually exclusive access to the beach facing the camp where you can make the most of our beautiful summer weather away from typical hustle and bustle of other nearby beaches. 3.- According to the experts, this is the best area on the Spanish Mediterranean coast for windsurfing, and we have facilities for washing and drying sails as well as for board storage. 4.- The site has direct sea access via a canal system. This means you can moor your boat on site and sail out to sea whenever you like. 5.- We are just a few miles away from places of unrivalled cultural and historical interest, (The Dalí Museum in Figueres, the artistic haven of Cadaqués, the archeological excavations in the ancient coastal ruins of Ampurias, Peralada, famous for its wines and casinos) and all this in the middle of spectacular natural scenery. 6.- We also offer horse riding facilities for enthusiasts of all levels. SERVICES: Reception with money changing service, public telephones and safe deposit boxes. All showers with hot running water for free. SPORT: Sailing, canoeing and windsurfing school; facilities for five-a-side, football, basketball, handball, a.s.o. Three tennis courts; two swimming pools, one for children and learners; a "Fronton" court, a squash court, a games room with table tennis; table football and pool tables. There is also the opportunity to indulge in a variety of water sports from sea fishing to surfing and diving.
