Quiet place Sanitary facilities very clean Friendly management also in German
Quiet, lovingly managed campsite
This lovingly managed campsite is located halfway along the Krutyna river on the kayak tour. It is particularly suitable for tents, but also offers pitches for caravans and motorhomes. The sanitary facilities are limited in number but very clean. The site is quite busy at weekends. During the week we... were almost alone on the site. The wood-fired sauna is an absolute must. There is a grocery store 400 m from the campsite and a restaurant 300 m away, which we did not visit. There are several kayak rentals in the immediate vicinity of the campsite.

An absolutely great place for kayakers and canoeists on the Krytina, but also for others. A small but nice site that can accommodate a maximum of 6 motorhomes/caravans; the tent meadow is larger and can accommodate considerably more. The sanitary facilities (3 toilets for men and 3 for women, 2 x 2 showers,... washbasins with hot and cold water, dishwashing sinks) are absolutely clean; they are always kept clean. The owners are a married couple who make a great effort, are very friendly and also speak German. Prices: 17 cents/person, 8 cents for showers, 8 cents for electricity, 20 cents for motorhome; store approx. 300 m away; restaurants 200 m away (better chip shop) and approx. 1000 m away (good and inexpensive house) at the end of the village (behind the church on the right); kayak rental with return service opposite; great kayaking/canoeing area also for beginners !!!!! We will be back in 2014!
