Unfortunately the good staff has been replaced and the new staff is not clean and unfriendly
I had rented a Mobil Hom which was only shown to me on the map and given the key and nothing was explained about it we had... to look for the accommodation on the map
During the visit we realized that the expensive accommodation was not cleaned at all
The dishes were full of dirt in the cupboard and there was a used handkerchief and a ball of hair in the bathroom next to the sink.
The garden furniture was greasy and full of dirt, the used bed linen and towels were still on the terrace and were only picked up 3 days later.
The doors were broken, the stools had screws sticking out the top and much more was not in order.
The water did not drain from the sink in the bathroom.
I went to reception and showed the pictures of the unclean, defective accommodation,
and I was told that the staff had changed and they were not so good
No apology was given and no one felt responsible.
The sink was then fixed after a few hours
We had to clean the accommodation ourselves.
3 days later the water was constantly running in the toilet and we couldn't flush. After an employee was here and flushed several times, he said it was now okay. After that it was even worse.
We complained again until a part had to be replaced.
The outside of the mobile home had not been cleaned for a long time.
We wanted to have a nice vacation here and had to be annoyed for 2 weeks

Most of them are being and have already been built on with huts and mobile homes. After 8 years, we visited for 3 weeks in July 24 as usual. Unfortunately without any information - like dozens... of other regular guests, we were shocked. Everything has changed on the site, unfortunately for the worse. No longer a camping dream. The information on the website is still old and not up to date. No current site plans. Please read the current reviews on other platforms. It is a cheek that old information from last year is described here and after 1800 km journey from Germany you experience your blue miracle on arrival. Since you have to pay 100% in advance, there is no going back. For 3-week caravan campers you get the worst pitches at a high price. Some of them are very small. No thought was given to where all the cars should park. Far too few, far too narrow and constant re-parking. When all the mobile homes are occupied, you don't want to be here anymore. Then the beach is bursting at the seams.
Pets are also allowed again. The droppings are in the grounds and the urine smells strong in the heat. No better on the beach or in the water. There are rumors that even more mobile homes or similar are to be built. We have the impression that caravan campers are no longer welcome.
It's a shame that a great campsite has been destroyed here. Some small squaresThe location!The site is situated on a long, terraced slope in the pine forest. In the area near the sea, many pitches have a view of the sea. Mobile homes are also terraced in their own areas. The pitches vary in size according to the terrain, sometimes the pitches can only be used to a limited extent due to "unfavorably... placed" trees. There are also some pitches directly on the beach, but I found them rather cramped. The reception is friendly and also works in German. We were able to choose a free pitch and were then accompanied to the pitch by an employee, who also assisted with maneuvering if necessary (be careful with tall vehicles). The beach is divided in two by rocks and is also framed by rocks. As a result, you are denied a view of the rather dreary neighboring vacation towns. The beach consists of very coarse sand or very fine gravel and drops steeply into the water. However, the water is very clear and snorkeling-friendly. There is also a subboard/kayak rental service. There is a well-stocked store, a bar and a restaurant on site, the last two of which we did not test. The sanitary facilities are in better condition than the building from the outside would suggest. Situated directly by the sea, surrounded by 2 great bays, you can enjoy swimming on a specially heaped up gravel beach. The only downside is that the sea is very steep and the two beaches in the HS are naturally full. But if you go... swimming in the morning (we were there around 8am), you almost have the beach to yourself. The campsite is very well grown and lines and other trees provide plenty of shade. You can eat and drink well in the bar, and the opening hours are generous (8-24h). I can only judge the restaurant next door because we wanted to eat there but it was still closed shortly after the actual opening time. Also, the tables outside were not set, so you should probably sit inside. Which doesn't make sense at over 30°. The supermarket has everything you need and contrary to my fears of standing in a long queue in the morning, I got bread, croissants and a newspaper quickly. We used the visit as an overnight stopover and paid €57.30 per day for 2 adults plus camper van. The only real criticism is the sanitary facilities, although I can only rate the shower block, which was close to us. This is in need of renovation. There were also no soap dispensers or toilet paper (perhaps this is common in Spain?). Due to the location, definitely recommended.Automaticky preložené.

But you get a slap in the face with the wash houses, everything is outdated (70s), there are no toilet seats in the men's toilets and the lid....man only sits on the ceramic, I couldn't... tell after 4 days that the wash houses had been cleaned. In my opinion, the prices are overpriced! What's also annoying is that you have to get permission before every barbecue, and you always have to climb the hill to the entrance. Please keep this unique spot on earth. 1++++++++ 2015 We stayed in Treumal for... 17 days in August with a caravan and a 7-year-old child. We liked it very much. We were given a very warm welcome and had a great pitch. The beach and the water were still very empty and clean at the beginning of our vacation. Most of the guests were from the Netherlands, France and Spain. Unfortunately, they were often very noisy and disrespectful in large groups. The supermarket was very well stocked for us, but of course more expensive than outside the resort. Quiet times from midnight to 7.00 am are very well observed. We always read here that the sanitary facilities etc. could be cleaner. Here we have to take up the cudgels for the campsite. They are cleaned several times a day. However, as a WOMAN, I really wonder whether the campers' tents and caravans look like they leave everything behind. Cosmetics are thrown on the floor next to the garbage, left on the shelves and washbasins and the miserable hair sticks everywhere. There is not a single sink in the wash-up area that is free of leftover food from the previous guest and the laundry basins are used for washing up.... What can the campsite do about this? It's a disgrace for the cleaning staff and for other campers. Can't everyone just clean and put away their stuff? It's the same on the beach, cigarette butts, leftover fruit, bags and cans everywhere you look. We ourselves are also smokers and eat on the beach, but it goes without saying that we have a bag with us at the end of our sunbathing and take everything with us. It's a shame that it's like this and that it's always the fault of the campsites, the cleaning staff and the operators. You can only be glad that dogs are not allowed or what else would you find? We had a wonderful 17 days, with great dives and swimming days and will probably go back next year.Automaticky preložené.

The individual pitches are a bit small, but sufficient. We were there with a 4.80m caravan with awning and 5 people, including 3 children aged 9-11. With a bit of luck you can get a pitch with a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky coast. These are at the front around... the restaurant or directly on the beach. The pitches at the back don't have this view, but they are a bit quieter. The mobile homes are also further back. The sanitary facilities are ok. The supermarket is adequate, you get the essentials and the staff are very friendly, although I have had better equipped markets. On the subject of peace and quiet: if you can use the NS (we were there in September) and the entertainment is over, the campsite is wonderfully quiet. The beaches are very clean and easily accessible via a staircase. The sea drops off steeply quite quickly, which didn't bother us. The many rocks invite children to climb. There is a wonderful hiking trail to the right and left of the beach. On this path you can discover some beautiful bays and enjoy the coastal landscape. Too few showers, only a third of the showers with storage space. Toilet paper only in the anteroom on a large roll, if available. Loudest CP of our camping... time. Music from the CP itself until well after midnight, from apartments opposite the CP in the valley at a distance of approx. 80m (approx. 40 apartments) almost every evening. - Helge K.August 2011It couldn't be more beautiful! For me, this is the most fantastic campsite I've ever visited (we've been here seven times alone)! They have introduced several entertainment programs in recent years. Nevertheless, it remains a quiet place, right on the beautiful beach, which can get crowded in high season.... The pitches are sometimes a little tight in some areas and you have to fight ants, but the scenery on Treumal simply can't be beaten. Wonderful weather, right by the crystal-clear sea, brilliant views from the terraces, sports and games for children. Those who like it "wilder" can go to Platja D`Aro. Calonge, on the other hand, is a typical Spanish village and well worth a visit. Palamos has a great beach promenade with numerous restaurants, as does Sant Antoni. Unfortunately, they have now banned dogs. It's a shame as it's my absolute favorite place.Automaticky preložené.
