"Here you experience something - For campers looking for the beach, pool and entertainment, this is just the place. Those looking for peace and quiet should reconsider their choice of pitch. Everything is available in abundance, which is very positive. The check-in on the lawn is an imposition. Staff do not want to or are not allowed to provide information about waiting times. Sanitary container too small for overnight waiting times. The campsite may not be entered and the facilities cannot be used during the waiting time. Understandable for waiting times of 2-8 hours but not for 24 hours. The inconvenience on arrival detracted greatly from the overall experience.

"First visit - It was our first time at Marina di Venezia with our children (13&11 years old). We had some respect for this large campsite, as we were only used to smaller ones. Check-in went smoothly and we were able to enter the campsite at 3pm. The children enjoyed the large water park, while we set up our Klapp-fix.

"Just like in June, we had a wonderful vacation in September!!! - We always come twice a year (if we can) to spend our vacation here at Marina di Venezia. In June we had a pitch with a caravan and our dog Pepe and now in September a Rex Lodge! As always to emphasize is that ALL employees (from reception to bar / restaurant to cleaning staff simply all) are always friendly and always have a smile on their lips no matter what time of day! The service is top notch and the cleanliness deserves a 1++++++. The Rex Lodge was simply beautiful! We feel really comfortable and in good hands here and enjoy spending our vacation here! We will definitely see you next year and are already looking forward to it! Best regards Andreas & Ruth with Pepe

"Beautiful large campsite - What could perhaps be improved. There are no sanitary facilities directly by the pool. And perhaps it should be considered, if the rented space is free, not to let the arrivals stand in the blazing sun without electricity etc. until 3 pm, but to let them drive in. If you haven't reserved a pitch, you can get in before 3 pm. This is hardly bearable in the hot summer months, especially for families.

"Great place with weaknesses - The course has a lot to offer and invests a lot in innovations. It has lots of play equipment and activities for children. The beach has lots of great new play equipment. The cleaning staff do a great job. High praise. We were very happy with all the staff, with the exception of the lifeguards. In the swimming pool, rules are not enforced, especially in the swimmers' pool, and queuing for the slides depends on the respective nationality. Children operate the traffic lights on the slide and have unfortunately caused dangerous situations. I think the RTL 2 series has lowered the standard of the place. (Party, etc.). Otherwise the rules are less controlled than in recent years. (Noise, bicycles in the pedestrian zone, midday rest) Reservations are always difficult, as a regular guest only counts if you have been on the same pitch number for 15 years and then you get a preference when making a reservation. The cleanliness of the pool has unfortunately deteriorated in recent years. I always enjoyed going to the marina myself as a child and my children also think it's great. However, with the shortcomings and today's prices, we will look around for alternatives.

"It gets worse from year to year - Thanks for the cookies at the ticket office, but I really think it's time to look elsewhere. I just have to convince my family, after all, my son grew up on Marina just like me 50 years ago). BUT, does Marina really care if there are now more than 50 new vacationers a day waiting to get in at the beginning of August? Certainly not. Please do not comment, desired feedback is and always will be one-sided!

Profil

The Marina di Venezia campsite is the perfect place for a holiday in close contact with nature. We have 3,000 numbered pitches, each measuring between 85 and 120 square metres, marked out and surrounded by green spaces, with water, electricity …and drainage connections. You can refill and empty water and chemical toilets here. Next to the camper service is the car wash area. The 8 wash houses, with changing rooms and wheelchair access, are easily accessible from everywhere, whether you are right on the beach, in the pine forest or near the centre. In this environmentally friendly environment, we can also offer you comfortable accommodation made of brick, wood or the new Maxicaravan. For sports enthusiasts, there is: basketball, beach volleyball, beach soccer, beach tennis, windsurfing, sailing, table tennis, archery and leogolf, a unique mini golf course. We offer an extensive entertainment programme with aerobics, aqua aerobics, fitness, dance, swimming and diving lessons. For our younger guests, there is the Leo Club, a children's playground and Gommaland, as well as entertaining evening shows. Last but not least, we offer the AquamarinaPark, a water park with an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a children's pool with a fantastic castle, a children's lagoon with water slides, a wave pool, a three-storey swimming pool with various heated whirlpools, large slides, a water spray play area and Coral Bay for children. In Marina di Venezia, four-legged friends are also very welcome and will find a special area for their holiday. The campsite offers numerous restaurants and bars serving regional dishes. We are located near the port of Punta Sabbioni, from where you can take trips to Venice or to the islands of the lagoon. For those who like cycling, there are fantastic tours through the beautiful landscape of the lagoon with its unforgettable sunsets. We look forward to seeing you!
