The staff were always friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, sauna and all sanitary facilities were always clean and tidy at all times during our stay. The restaurant with the whole team is also highly recommended.

- Tina G.November 2024Kössen Euro CampWe were on the site on the last weekend before the site closed (winter break). It was a pity that there was no possibility to get a place in the restaurant because there was simply not enough capacity and the other restaurant on the site was already closed. The sanitary facilities, bathroom and sauna... were not very clean. It seemed to us that the staff had already been reduced. The tourist tax was also increased from 1.11.24, although all or most of the restaurants were closed. On the evening of 2.11.24 the staff celebrated the end of the season extensively and loudly until 3 am!!! Sleeping on our pitch or the pitches on W was out of the question!!!

- Mandy M.November 2024Like coming home.As we have been guests at your campsite for years, it always feels like coming home. The heated pool means that young people can always find a balance to cycling and hiking. The sanitary facilities are always clean and the pitches are spacious and well equipped. With the view of the Wilder and Zahmer... Kaiser, it is always a pleasure. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and have been for years.
The only criticism is that the Kaiseralm menu has shrunk and many beloved dishes are no longer available. But here too, the staff are friendly and always happy.
