The site was about 60% full at this time. Many of them were motorhomes.
Unfortunately, day guests are allowed on the campsite lake for a fee. Unfortunately, this is because there is a lot of fast and sometimes reckless traffic on... the access road, which is separated from the pitches by a hedge. Parents of children should not ignore this source of danger. There is no supervision at the lake itself.
The many SUPs lying around on the lake shore give an untidy impression and leave hardly any access to the lake. Stands, as on other campsites, would be a solution here. We were annoyed by the constant noise of the SUPs' electric compressors.
The campsite is close to the roads to Croatia. And as a camper on the site, you notice this very clearly. The fluctuation of guests is high. Many use the site for one or a few nights to continue their journey. It is correspondingly restless near the main road.
In our opinion, the higher priced pitches by the lake are not the nicest or better pitches. Everyone who wants to get to the lake or from the lake to the pitch drives past there. By scooter, car, scooter, bicycle.... Today, hardly anyone walks more than a few meters. It also smells of chip fat from the "restaurant". A little further up, away from the main path, it is nicer and, above all, quieter to camp.
When the site is empty, you can see that it is basically When the site is empty, you can see that it is basically a large meadow with paths and two sanitary buildings. Not labor-intensive. And we rarely saw any staff on the site. The sanitary buildings are cleaned daily. With plenty of room for improvement. Going to the toilet is accompanied by a strange feeling.

Being with 2 kids we asked at the reception if it was okay to escape 4 days (out of 13) to Croatia and come back / leave our family tent there and thus were promised that we'd only be charged for... the pitch during that time. When we were served at check out, we were charged the full amount and when complaining that we were promised differently, they became aggressive and countered in a raised voice, well then you were given an incorrect information ("dann sind sie halt falsch informiert worden!!)".
Not once did any of the owners greet us or smile, very stern people (except in their emails before we arrived). I felt sorry for the receptionist who always was friendly and forthcoming probably got told off for her "mistake" of trying to be helpful.
FKK Mullerhof certainly will never see us again and we won't recommend it - unless you enjoy to be told off and shouted at for their own mistakes.Odpoveď od FKK-Camping Müllerhof September 5, 2023Dear Mr. P.
You forgot to mention in your review that we made it possible for you to charge your car at our e-charging station at cost price, that we printed out several tickets for a concert for you, of course at no additional cost. Your stay was billed correctly as booked and outside of ticket office... opening hours. Our employees provide correct information and are not scolded by us. The pitch is large, electricity sometimes more than 20 m away - take enough extension cables with you! Very quiet location, beautiful lake. Sanitary facilities in the lower area are completely new with a separate... baby area, in the upper area the building is older but the facilities are up to date, free hot water. Small store with a huge selection of pastries. Spar supermarket can be easily reached via a forest path suitable for bicycles for experienced cyclists in max. 7 minutes. Otherwise via access road and cycle path around the lake in a maximum of 15 minutes, even faster with an e-bike. Everything is very clean, everyone is extremely friendly (reception, cleaning, store, restaurant...). It's better to make a reservation in the restaurant if you want to sit outside. We really enjoyed the food. Short waiting times!
