There is also a Mercador store within walking distance. The campsite was very crowded when we visited and it seemed restless... as there are always people out and about doing leisure activities. There are no marked pitches, which sometimes leads to unfortunate distances between the individual tents/campers where you can't get a whole camper in. The clientele is mostly sports-motivated and correspondingly active. The campsite is also very popular with tent tourists, which makes for a great atmosphere. M.May 2017PozitívneSanitary Reception Location PanoramaNegatívneDuring the day you can hear quite a lot of motorcycles, some are just unnecessarily fast and loud, but you can also ignore them.Picture-book panorama behind a nice, beautifully situated .....small campsite. Unproblematic registration, very nice operator. Top sanitary facilities. And a great restaurant with good food and good prices right on site. "Rad bi pivo nefiltrirano, prosim!" Although we were only passing through for one night, I would have liked to stay here longer, but unfortunately... our vacation was already coming to an end. A nice biker bar is just 5 minutes from the campsite and beautiful Bovec is 10 minutes away. You have everything you need here. I think after this vacation I am a fan of Slovenia and will be back. We know that sometimes the fact that the main road is close means that you hear everyone driving on it. But we can assure you and any other potencial guests that Bovec is a quiet town, that "goes to sleep" little after 23:00 so you will always have a peaceful night.

The reception was still manned and the manager was very friendly. There is a separate meadow for tents, which the tent floor was very happy about. The ground was also stable enough that we had no problem parking our motorcycles.... The campsite is right next to a main road, but it was still very quiet, even on the pitch itself, although it was still quite busy. The only thing was that the sanitary facilities were a bit too small. We only counted 4 showers for the men, which also led to a small traffic jam. Showers also cost separately, but you can get by with a coin. WiFi, on the other hand, is free and was still available on the tent meadow. The restaurant nearby is highly recommended. Not a special offer in terms of price, but the portion was large and very tasty. Only the waitress didn't speak any German and hardly any English, so we ordered in Italian.Automaticky preložené.

You can buy all the things you need there, such as groceries, and there are also various restaurants. Unfortunately, you have to buy your breakfast rolls outside the campsite, but this can be done in the... supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, the restaurant on site was closed in the low season, but the ACSI price makes up for this. The surrounding area is ideal for many sporting activities. Water sports, mountain biking and hiking are probably the favorites here. In Bovec itself there are several providers of water sports activities. The campsite's sanitary facilities are fine. The showers cost €0.50. The cleanliness was absolutely fine despite the rainy weather (lots of mud). This is also one of the few disadvantages of the site. When it rains, the whole site is very muddy. Jürgen K.July 2010The short description on the profile page is realistic. Sanitary facilities are ok, showers 0,50€, W-Lan free. Pitches are not parceled out. There is a restaurant at the campsite, groceries can be bought in Bovec, about 5-10 minutes' walk away. Various leisure activities as described, we went hiking there. Reception very nice and helpful, discount of 10% is granted from 5 nights. The Triglav National Park is well worth a visit.Automaticky preložené.
