I've been going to this park for 5 years and especially the bungalows, having stayed in different bungalows every year. They have everything essential, necessary and functional. The park is quiet and peaceful.

The different bungalows are of good quality, but the mattresses are terrible. In addition to sinking, the mattresses are foam and no more than 20cm thick. We have been making this observation and suggestion to change the mattresses since 2020 and to date there has been no improvement or change. It should be noted that the amount charged per night is similar to that of an apartment.
Bungalow vacations
Nice place to spend a quiet vacation, but the mattresses made it difficult to sleep.

This park was once one of the best campsites in the country, I camped here for 10 consecutive years, after a break of a few years I returned to the park in 2022 and 2023, where I found a park completely in disrepair and transformed into a social neighborhood, dilapidated bathrooms, unfriendly staff,... everyone is in charge and they do nothing, starting with the person in charge, who just wants to drive around in a car, smoke and send fish sticks, in short, a park at the behest of the CCA and CCL, it's sad to see a park being denigrated, at this rate it's still going to be sold for lots to some resort.

The park was full, but the changing rooms were closed, and the organization was very disrespectful of the quiet time, with very little shade for tents and small tents without electricity

Decay of a good park
I've been going to this park for a few years now, but from year to year it's gone downhill considerably. This year I witnessed something that I think is the bottom of the barrel. A few years ago there were some washing machines for campers to use, which they could use by buying a token at reception for... €4. These machines were scattered around the various changing rooms. This year there is only one machine working and, more seriously, it is used by the park itself to wash the bed linen and bath towels in the bungalows !!!!. It's always the park's priority and the camper has to put up with it... The machine doesn't even wash very well, so it's fine for occasional laundry, but anyone who rents a bungalow is going to sleep in clothes worn by n people washed at 30 degrees.... Very hygienic, for both people. To add to this, overflowing garbage cans on Sundays and public holidays, uncut herbs, disrespect for quiet hours, lack of entry and exit control, mainly due to the malfunctioning of the security system implemented, lack of friendliness on the part of the staff, very poor restaurant bar and grocery store, internet only works near reception and is very slow, in the café it works by passwords and only when they want it to....

Staff is incredible unfriendly
They made a mistake with our mistake, they accused us to make the mistake, while I for sure would not book a bungallow for 2 people instead of 2 bungallows for 8 people... They arranged a bungallow, but when checking-in in the morning, the receptionist started to screem as soon as she entered the office.... She continued to screem for about 15 min. Tottally unfriendly very rude! Would never come back, you don't want to be stressed out on your holidays! Choose the other camping 10 km from Lagoa de santo Andre

Well managed, very clean place
Nice big place with good order
The site is well secured. Located on an NSG. Access to the lake from the site is not possible. Womo pitches are extra and everything is paved. The sea is approx. 1 km away. No problem on foot. Not by car either. There you have the choice of swimming in the Atlantic or in the lake. The width of land between the waters is approx. 200 m. (Dyke?) - Pardon, restaurant was good! Staff too.

It's away from the hustle and bustle (roads) and you can walk to the beach and there's a barbecue available.

Perfect for resting
I've been to the park with my family and I have young children where we all enjoyed resting playing bathing in the lagoon walking of course I'll be back besides feeling very good we were well treated and always found everything clean not only the changing rooms as barbecues and streets.

I've been at the park for 15 days, and it's definitely one I'll return to. 5-star cleanliness, the park staff are super friendly and attentive. It's definitely the ideal place to relax and enjoy nature.

Large campsite with separate parking area for camper vans; several large wash houses, very clean; no WiFi; only cash accepted for payment, no card payment!; simple restaurant with very friendly staff; good house wine; simple but tasty dishes (menu for 2 pers. incl. wine and water € 25); small shop with... everything you need; also very friendly staff. Water 25 €); small store with everything necessary; also very friendly staff; downer: after sunset mosquitoes come out of the lagoon, so you have to retreat into the WoMo; we also had ant infestation over the supports; but in the store there is ant spray that helps !!!!; beach approx. 5 minutes by bike; very clean, beautiful beach; miles of deserted beach to the right and left; shopping in Vila Nova de Santo Andre (45 minutes by bike); restaurants in the seaside resort close at 19:00;

Beautifully situated, well-kept, quiet site, partly under trees, by the sea, but no access (wire lagoon). Good access, large pitches. Sanit. Facilities very clean. Friendly staff. Place belongs to an organization with versch. Places in Portugal www.fcmportugal.com. Euro 12.-- incl. 2 amp., with CCI, more amp. possible for an extra charge.
