Playing on their cell phones is apparently more important than making the customer happy.Staff at reception listless and unfriendly.despite request bad place!!!!!As I had to watch an important report on TV today, I asked the receptionist for a place where I could watch TV. The satellite system has to be aligned for this. We had already looked at a few places with this requirement, which we mentioned to the receptionist. He denied our request in a very unfriendly... manner, saying that they allocate and not select!
Four of the five indicated seats are still not occupied, it is 10pm!!!!
This has nothing to do with customer service, especially as the pitch is not even half full.
