Fortunately, I turned left behind the entrance in front of the reception building, because later, when I only drove the car to the right, I experienced the mogul... slope.
Unfortunately, the weather was very bad: 40 hours of continuous rain! The pitch was full of large and deep puddles.
In better weather, you can also enjoy the direct beach location. Due to the proximity to the airport and the highway, it is not quiet, but ok at night.
Buses run from the square to the city center at a reasonable price. Of course there was a lot of air traffic. We had a pitch by the water. The aircraft noise was greatly reduced by the sound of the waves. That wasn't the problem. The pitch and sanitary facilities... are in a poor, unkempt condition. It is a mystery to us how this site can receive 4 * in a reputable camping guide. Although we were hungry after a day of traveling and too tired to cook, we preferred a sandwich in the caravan to the restaurant on site. The bus connection to Barcelona was directly in front of the campsite. Accordingly, you can hear an airplane taking off every 2 minutes. Many Spanish permanent campers, for whom there is no night's sleep. The site is noisy and hardly gets any peace and quiet. You pay a good price for little service: extremely narrow pitches, aircraft noise, road noise, old and above all dirty sanitary facilities. The bus connection to Barcelona is practical: you... can be in the city center in about 40 minutes. Tip: take a (more expensive) pitch on the beach. At least you won't hear anything from the road and, if you're lucky, the sound of the sea will drown out the noise of the planes.Samodejno prevedeno.

It is kept reasonably clean, there is a well-stocked supermarket and the restaurant is good value for money. The campsite is located directly on a long beach, where you can have a nice swim if you can manage without shade. BUT: From 08:00 to 22:30 the jets... thunder over the site every minute at a height of a few hundred meters, so that you really can't understand your own words. I chose the site because of its proximity to the airport and only spent two nights there ... but you really need a thick skin if you're going to do this for the whole vacation. I'd rather drive a few more kilometers to the south and spend an extra hour at the airport ... It's definitely too close here.Samodejno prevedeno.

It's a shame because the location is good but there is a lot of noise and a lot of species of birds that sing at night like there's no tomorrow, plus gangs of young people talking and shouting until late hours. Plague of mosquitoes already in the afternoon due to the drainage ditch/sewer running between the pool and the pitch... Strange payment practices: even if you don't know how long you want to stay, you have to pay for at least one night in advance... and then come back every evening and pay for another night in advance - a uniquely strange practice in Spain - we've never experienced it like this before. Consequence: we went again, although ACSI was cheaper for us, and chose a different pitch, more expensive, but much !!!! friendlier. CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN...Samodejno prevedeno.

Beautiful beach.NegativnoA bit noisy due to the airport and the adjacent road.Surprisingly good for a city campsite.Very good accessibility and access via highway and expressway. Payment for the campsite is made when you register. With ACSI the price-performance ratio is OK, without it is as expensive as on almost all city CPs. The pitches can be chosen freely and are relatively large. Electricity is connected by... the staff. The sanitary facilities are cleaned about twice a day and are outdated. They therefore exude an unpleasant odor. The campsite has a simple but large pool and a beautiful large sandy beach. The bus stop to Barcelona is 300 m away. The journey time is approx. 45-50 minutes. The campsite also has a good restaurant. Due to the airport and the adjacent road, it is a little noisy between 07.00 and 24.00.Samodejno prevedeno.

Small pitches, bare electricity wires, beach not cleaned,Not a recommended placeYou can't stay there for longer than 3 days. Beach unkempt. Sanitary facilities are only cleaned from 10.00 am. Otherwise no more. Drains stink. Small pitches. There is only one person at reception who speaks foreign languages. And only present until 16.00. Therefore very crowded. Had to pay the bill... beforehand. Almost everyone drains their waste water. Small supermarket is ok, but expensive. Restaurant is ok. Entrance difficult to recognize as signs are overgrown. Suitable for visits to Barcelona, but not for longer vacations. Electricity flat rate 6.60 €/day, with 4 A fuse. Power connection boxes still equipped with old Schuko sockets. Shortage of adapters. Some of the wires are bare. Dangerous for children. Odor nuisance due to sewage stream that flows into the sea. Bathing therefore not recommended. Noise pollution from airplanes taking off almost every minute from 7 a.m. to midnight. Will not go there again.Samodejno prevedeno.
Robert F.April 2015PozitivnoLarge pitches, good sanitary facilitiesHighly recommendedThe entrance to the site is directly from the highway, which is why there is no direct exit from the direction of Barcelona (center approx. 20 km away). +++++ Free choice of pitches, even for guests with an ACSI Card (except comfort pitches). +++++ Many very large pitches, some - separated only by a... fence - directly on the beach. The beach itself is very clean and the site also offers surf equipment hire. +++++ There is an airport nearby from which airplanes take off every minute. However, almost all of them turn towards the sea before they reach the campsite, so although you can hear them clearly, they are not a nuisance. We find any road with rattling motorcycles more unpleasant. +++++ The sanitary facilities are plentiful, functional, clean and well maintained. +++++ There is plenty on offer in the campsite's own supermarket. +++++ We didn't notice any unpleasant odors (as some others wrote here). +++++ Of the campsites we visited on a round trip in Spain, this was the best. - Alfred B.August 2013was there in the summer of 2013 and i have to say, or rather warn, not to go to this campsite. a normal campsite with a car costs 35 euros, for which I expect cleanliness and friendly staff. unfortunately, none of this was noticeable, the leisure facilities that you visit in the rain, such as the internet... room, were covered in mice/rat droppings, old pc's that couldn't open a browser. a small river runs along the campsite, from which it stinks violently of sewage, a sewer. if you look at this little river on the campsite map (approximately on the left), this cesspool soup runs into the sea, i.e. you are bathing in the slop. only after I came out of the water and had pain in my mucous membranes did I have to investigate and came to this realization. aircraft noise around the clock. i recommend that you do not visit this place, do not let the children run around unsupervised and certainly do not let them go into the water.
