"Quiet campsite for a city trip with a child - Pictures on this page do not reflect the place, we were positively surprised on arrival! The site is informal, clean and very friendly. Lots of nice people there. Can recommend the site especially for a trip to Pisa with children, as it is outside but still easily accessible. Livorno with its ferry port is also within easy reach.

"Camping at the end of June - At this time of year it is still quiet, later it gets too crowded. Cleanliness could be better, rules are quite strict. The location is good, Pisa can be visited by bike. I can't recommend the restaurant, unfortunately the food is only average and the payment is a drama. You can only pay cash and they don't have change so a tip is a must. For the use of the washing machine/dryer they charge 4€ each, which I find a bit expensive. On the private beach you are forced to rent an umbrella for 10€, own umbrellas and sun shells are forbidden. All in all, we had a good stay, but it will definitely be the last time we stay there.

"Visit to Pisa - We had a look at Pisa and wanted to relax for a few more days. The pitch was very empty and should have been very quiet. But unfortunately, the pitch next to us would be assigned to new people passing through every day! So the morning started well, door open door closed....... you are also asked to pay to shower. The WLAN should not be advertised, it's a joke.

"Well located camping site - We stayed at the campsite for 1 week. Very centrally located, it's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. A shuttle runs regularly to the beach. Shopping facilities on the campsite are minimal, but there is the possibility nearby.

"Ideal starting point for a beach vacation - Campsite well located with private beach within 5 minutes walking distance but also easy to reach by private bus of the campsite (no extra cost). Staff speaks German and English in the restaurant you can communicate well with English but also with gestures there is only a little German vestanden. Sanitary facilities and place clean, access a bit narrow if the caravan is too big. Ideally located as a starting point for excursions to Pisa and the staff give good tips for excursions.

"Beautiful place with a nice beach and excellent food - We have been here twice within two weeks. The staff is nice, the restaurant excellent and reasonably priced for the quality of the food (2 people with wine, pasta, pizza and dessert for around €30). The beach and the sea are beautiful, own parasols are not allowed, but you can rent two sunbeds with parasols for 10-15€ per day. The only problem is that the walk to the beach is about 5 minutes or you can take the free shuttle bus from the campsite.
