"Far from what you expect - The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is catastrophic. One superficial cleaning a day and that's it. Although there is dirt everywhere on the tiles, radiators, etc., it is not removed. Although dirt can be seen everywhere on the tiles, radiators, etc., it is not removed. The biofilm forming in the showers is also left to itself. The grates of the drainage shafts on the pitch pose a considerable risk of accidents. With a dog you have to walk really long distances and there is simply no dog meadow or anything similar. The electricity boxes urgently need to be replaced. We didn't like the fact that they were made of construction steel from earthing posts and were jammed in a makeshift manner. The friendliness of the staff could be improved considerably. It is clear to us that we will not recommend this place again until all the defects have been rectified.

"Folk neighborhood campground with unfriendly staff - The unfriendly reception turned out to be a good indication for the rest of the stay. Very small sites, plumbing that is cleaned 1x a day while more often is really necessary with such crowds, noisy in everything (campers, highway nearby and barking dogs) and very unfriendly staff make us never go back to this campground. The beautiful surroundings and excellent pool are the only pluses.

"Our favorite campsite - Our favorite campsite, which we have been visiting regularly for years, simply offers everything a camper's heart desires. The pitches are beautifully situated and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. The direct proximity to the Sûre and to Echternach makes the stay particularly varied and offers something for everyone. For sports enthusiasts, there is a great circular running track of approx. 8 km, which will also delight joggers. Those who prefer to be out and about on the water can go canoeing or swimming on the Sûre. The campsite's outdoor pool is also a great place to relax and cool off. We can highly recommend this campsite and are already looking forward to our next visit!

"Camping on the riverbank - The site is located directly on the riverbank, which means that its use is limited due to flooding. The two sanitary buildings are simple, the showers have a fixed temperature, you can only turn them on or off. Bad. The plots are numbered but not clearly demarcated, so it depends on the neighbor how big the pitch really is. The row of pitches by the water is of course always occupied. All on grass, muddy after rain. Gravel paths. At the entrance a bistro with snacks and drinks at the public outdoor pool. Discounter and bakery a few minutes' walk away, there is nothing on the pitch. WLan moderate, playground available.

"A very nice campsite, great people to meet, great hosts - A very nice campsite. Well-kept with a nice range of activities for the children. With swimming pool outside, great staff who take care of the kids. Snack not my cup of tea, but tastes are different and that's a good thing. 600m walk over the old bridge to Luxembourg, great city.

"That was probably nx! Too bad - We arrived on Good Friday full of anticipation. The access road was a little poorly signposted but manageable. The site is in a very good location. But that was it! Sanitary building in the area of the bridge in a desolate condition and dirty. 3 showers for the area is extremely few and should be very tight at peak times. The chemical toilet was a chamber of horrors. So filthy that you could have thrown up even before entering. The building shone with open windows and doors so that you froze your ass off at below 10 degrees and mirrors disappeared under a wall of fog. It is standard in showers today in well-run facilities to have so-called "Flitschen" to remove some of the dirt from the shoes and leftover water after showering! Here = no such thing! Unfortunately, it was also the case that after Easter they had the idea to repair the ladies' area with corrosive and "apparently" dangerous paints and solvents. The question naturally arose as to why this was not done a week later when it was less busy? Furthermore, sanitary building 3 was completely closed. Conclusion: the sanitary facilities were a disaster A huge minus is given for the promises that there would be rooms for teenagers in the so-called "Campertreff" which would be equipped with billiards, darts, etc. ...... In reality, there were no such rooms, just a sign. Especially when it rains a lot this would have been necessary!!! Speaking of the description, bread rolls had to be picked up from Norma and not ordered from the site itself as stated. Our daughter wanted to get these rolls but it was very modest to let her walk across the street outside the campsite. Conclusion = empty promises can lead to an upset stomach! Overall conclusion: More detailed information on the homepage would solve many misunderstandings! Hygiene and cleanliness are essential in this day and age and were in short supply here!
