We arrived with a sailing dinghy in the evening. As we didn't want to sail into the bathing area, we used the 'private' jetty.
We were then rudely turned away and insulted - we were told to enter the campsite through the main entrance like 'normal' people.

- Sarah K.June 2018PozitivnoRest and relaxationForest, water - natural idyllA path leads there from Rheinsberg, be sure to stop at the obelisk with a view of Rheinsberg Castle. The site is in the middle of the forest by Lake Rheinsberg. If you want to leave the noise and hectic pace of everyday life behind you, this is the place for you. There is also a small bathing area. The... sunset is beautiful. There are bread rolls or breakfast in the morning. The filter coffee is a delight. We had sausages from the barbecue and the smoked fish is so good! Idyllically situated in the forest by the lake, the view is calming and grounding. The campsite is simple and clean, breakfast or bread rolls are available on request. - Ph G.June 2011Natural campsite directly on the lake. The sanitary facilities take some getting used to (2 x 3 toilets in the style of an outhouse and a shower container). In this respect, the worst we have experienced in recent years. The staff are also in keeping with this style and are not exactly shining with friendliness.
