Access to the promenade via the CP (steps/path). Very friendly reception. Pitches for motorhomes across the road from the campsite, relatively narrow. Larger pitches at the entrance, with limited view of the sea. For smaller motorhomes (some... tight bends) there are also nice pitches further down towards the sea. Down to the promenade approx. 500m. To the city center about 1.5 to 2km. Easy to reach on foot. There are various bars and restaurants on the promenade. Sanitary facilities clearly getting on in years and on the hillside. Relatively far away for some places. Quiet location. Most of the pitches have a great view. Sometimes difficult to navigate for large caravans, more suitable for vacationers with tents and smaller caravans. The showers and toilets were ok and the staff at reception were friendly.... The location with this view of the sea is definitely one of the best places in Normandy. You can walk down to the beach at Fecamp and by car you are quickly in Etretat (great stretch of coast with rocky gates).Samodejno prevedeno.

Friendly operators.NegativnoSanitary facilities in need of improvement.Good place as a stopover and for a short stayWe stayed at this campsite as a stopover on our onward journey. The operator of the site is very friendly and helpful. The site itself is built in steps. Some of the bends are quite tight, so there may be restrictions for motorhome drivers with large vehicles. The pitches themselves are not of a uniform... size, they are kept quite natural. Perfectly adequate for my taste. However, it should also be noted that not all pitches are straight. So take wedges with you or position the car accordingly. The sanitary buildings are very old, to put it kindly. As is typical in some French areas, there are no toilet seats. Some of the washbasins could be replaced and the showers are not really inviting. There is definitely room for improvement here. Also important: no toilet paper! You have to bring your own. If possible do not book a pitch in the entrance area, lots of through traffic, at least for those who stay longer than 1-2 days, otherwise it was very nice. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but clean. You can buy bread rolls or pizza or even a beer. There is no market here, but the town is within walking distance. The staff are friendly. The approach could be a little difficult for large caravans. You shouldn't just follow the satnav, but give priority to the signs in the village. The sanitary blocks are quite outdated,... but quite clean. The groundsman is very nice. In the mornings, a baker comes honking across the site, where you can get the usual baked goods. The pitches have an amazing view of the sea and you can be down on the beach in no time at all. The ground, on the other hand, is so stony that it's almost impossible to hammer in tent pegs. The sanitary facilities are relatively dirty and we only used... them in an absolute emergency. There is not even toilet paper, let alone toilet seats. Internet reception is only available upstairs at reception and not at the individual pitches. All in all, we can recommend the site for a short stay for people who want a quiet stay with a beautiful view.Samodejno prevedeno.
Karl J.June 2013Beautifully situated pitch on a slope directly above the beach of Fecamp with a great view of the sea. Pitches of varying sizes, but freely selectable, some with electricity (CEE). Water central at the sanitary buildings. A total of 3 sanitary facilities on the site, functional and clean. No store or... restaurant, but fresh bread in the morning from the baker who drives across the site.
