- Walter K.April 2022PozitivnoSmall but very nice. Very well run and the staff are extremely helpful with any requests. Service (bread rolls, etc) and restaurant leave little to be desired.NegativnoToo little choice for vegetarians in the restaurant.Pure relaxationWe stayed here for a week at the end of April 2022. The campsite is quiet and the other guests also abide by the rules. There are restrictions regarding children and dogs, but this is very clearly stated on the homepage.
There is a large campsite with shopping and leisure facilities nearby, and a stall... selling baked goods, fruit and vegetables on the way there.
You can get to Rovinj by bike along the sea. This is also possible on the road, where there is a lane marked for cyclists.
Payment in stores and restaurants is usually requested in Kuna, cards are often also possible.Аутоматски преведено. - Eckhard B.August 2021Pozitivno- Few guests, has 26 camping pitches, therefore very pleasant. - Sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day. - Beautiful pool and restaurant area. - Friendly staffNegativno- Water running times at the wash taps are too short (approx. 2 to 3 seconds) - Mains only fused with 6 amps (only enough for one electrical appliance) - Many low trees, including on the plots (not indicated on the site plan) - Lots of trees and shrubs, which are in the way at normal motorhome heights (approx. 3 m). - poor accessibility and access to some plots (only recommended to a limited extent for motorhomes over 8 m) - the location is very unfavorable, as there is a larger campsite (approx. 2000 pitches) approx. 100 m away as the crow flies, in front of this is a go-kart track, which can be heard very strongly from 14:00 to 23: 00 o'clock is very loud. After that you can hear dogs barking all night from the surrounding properties. - WLAN reception does not cover the rear area of the campsite well. - Bathing opportunities in 8 km radius very rocky whether on the shore or in the water.very small clean campsiteAnyone who chooses this place to find peace and quiet is making the wrong choice, but the operator can't help it.
Unfortunately, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
The gastronomy in the immediate vicinity is poor, you get the impression that everything is just mass processing, which not only... affects the quality of the food served, but also the service.
If you think: Croatia is beautiful, it has such clear sea water with so much variety in it, you will be disappointed (if you have already been to Croatia about 10-15 years ago).
A trip there by motorhome from a distance of around 1000 km, which you also have to return, can cost up to 500 euros with all the fees to be paid (tolls, fuel, tunnels), which perhaps not everyone is aware of or is even happy about.
We didn't find the advertising term "camping" there and we are otherwise used to simplicity.
If a pitch for 2 people in the high season costs around €44 - 45 per night with everything included, you should get something that corresponds to this price.Аутоматски преведено. - karin f.May 2021PozitivnoThe campsite is super clean and very lovingly run. Even the entrance area corresponds exactly to the pictures. My husband and I came with the caravan and had the bikes with us. We didn't move our car the whole week. The distances to Rovinj and the beach are very short and easy to reach. We will come back in the summer vacation.NegativnoNo complaintsDream vacationA campsite with few pitches (as promised). The pitches are clean and large. If you want, you can have a pitch in the shade. The sanitary facilities are super clean and the showers are spacious. The site itself is very quiet and really not for children. But that's exactly how the campsite is advertised. All in all, it does exactly what it promises.Аутоматски преведено.
- Erika P.August 2020PozitivnoThe CP is small but nice:) There is really nothing to put up, super nice staff. The restaurant is highly recommended!!!. We will definitely be back:).NegativnoThere is noVery great quiet vacationThe CP is highly recommended, it promises peace and relaxation. Everything is within easy reach. The operator and staff are very polite and helpfulАутоматски преведено.
- Sam J.May 2020PozitivnoQuiet, nice pool, nice restaurantNegativnoNot for usGreat oasisHighly recommended for people without children.
Wonderful little pool with free sun loungers and bar service.
Very clean sanitary facilities.Аутоматски преведено. - Theresa S.August 2019PozitivnoPeace and quiet, close to the cityDreamlike oasis of peaceThe campsite is very small and great importance is attached to peace and relaxation. The wonderful town of Rovinj is easy to reach by bike, and there are numerous opportunities for shopping and eating out all around. We were very satisfied with the campsite and can recommend it without reservation.Аутоматски преведено.
- Oliver M.October 2018PozitivnoNothing for children, good location for cycling trips to RovinjNegativnoVery static, not very flexible, space is allocated without discussionNice little placeA wonderfully quiet place in the off-season, but it seems quite restrictive. Quiet times must be strictly observed (2-6pm, 11-8pm). If you don't mind, you can spend a few relatively quiet and relaxing days here. For our camper van with a length of 7.4 m, the pitch was a little tight, which may be due... to the size of the campsite. The barking dogs mentioned by several people are still around at the beginning of October. But what made up for everything was the wonderful cycle path along the coast to Rovinj, which winds along the sea for around 8, fairly flat kilometers. Great! All you have to do is cycle through the Polaris campsite, which is about 300 m away and right by the sea.Аутоматски преведено.
- Claudia S.August 2018PozitivnoSmall and quiet (only distant noises from the Polari can be heard), very attractive place, friendly staffNegativnoWLAN (for those who need it) does not work everywhere. Best around the pool. Distance to the beach.Wonderful campsiteSmall, quiet site with wonderfully spacious pitches. Super friendly staff. Attractive and clean sanitary facilities. Bread roll service: Bread rolls are delivered to the pitch. Great pool and incredibly attractive facilities.Аутоматски преведено.
- Jan v.July 2018PozitivnoEnjoy culinary delights at the TOP restaurant. Relax on the sunbeds by the pool.NegativnoAbsolutely none!Lovely atmospheric campsiteAt this campground you will find complete relaxation. Everything here exudes hospitality and quality. This is where you come to rest.Аутоматски преведено.
- Elisabeth B.May 2018PozitivnoSmall oasis of well-being with a high relaxation factor!NegativnoMaybe the large neighboring pitch in high season???Wonderful!!!A wonderful, small campsite! At the beginning of May we (a couple in their late 40s) had a free choice of different pitches - small, large, shady, sunny - and were able to park our 7.50m-long camper van very well on a level pitch. The sanitary facilities are clean and adequate for the size of the campsite.... The whole site, including the pool area, is very attractively designed. The most important thing: it is heavenly quiet! Most campsites are designed for families with children, which is great, but Kamp Ulika is NOT! And that's a good thing. Even people without children have the right to plan their vacation the way they like it. You can relax wonderfully at Kamp Ulika because it's just so nice and quiet. Thank you dear Kamp Ulika team!Аутоматски преведено.
- Thomas K.October 2017Wonderful short vacationWe stayed at this campsite for the first time at the end of October with our dog. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The sanitary facilities are relatively new and very clean. The restaurant next door is highly recommended. We had a wonderful time here!Аутоматски преведено.
- Andreas B.August 2017Pozitivnovery clean, quiet and the staff very pleasantNegativnoNo nice beach nearby, but no problem with bicycles!Wonderful vacation!!!!!!Great campsite, if it weren't for the beach being so far away. If you love better food, this is the culinary center of Istria, I have never experienced such a great restaurant as Barba Danilo on vacation. The sanitary facilities at the campsite are relatively new and well maintained, even the cleaning... lady was very nice! I should also mention the beautifully maintained pool, which was surprisingly little used. All in all, a lovingly prepared site! Very quiet at night.Аутоматски преведено.
- Dennis H.August 2017PozitivnoCharm of the complex, tranquillity, size (very small)NegativnoLocation not optimal but bearableGreat facilityBeautiful, small place with 100% relaxation factor! Perfect for couples to relax. Rather unsuitable for longer stays with children, although the beach of the adjacent large campsite can be used. The condition of the grounds, pool and sanitary facilities is excellent!Аутоматски преведено.
- Peter K.October 2016Pozitivnostraight pitches, quiet during the off-season, very friendly staff, very clean.NegativnoNo supply of food on the pitchSmall fine placeThe Ulika campsite is a small family campsite. We were there at the beginning of October 2016. There were a few campers and the Polari campsite in the neighborhood was already closed. Therefore, we could not feel any noise from vehicles traveling to the campsite. The cleanliness of the campsite is outstanding,... the sanitary facilities are thoroughly cleaned several times a day. Disinfectant is always used. An adjacent restaurant is described by the local tourist association as the number 1 in Rovinj. However, we did not test it, but the numerous guests (mainly Croatians) confirm this statement. About the campsite: There are around 20 pitches for tourists, most of which were not occupied during our stay. This meant that we were able to drive onto the site with our large caravan without any problems. In the high season it is certainly a bit problematic with a large caravan, but as the site is nice and flat, unhitching and pushing would certainly be an alternative. The sea is about 800 m away, but you have to go through the neighboring campsite. A beautiful cycle path to Rovenj leads right past the sea.Аутоматски преведено.
- Stefan L.June 2015Pozitivno- Very beautiful pitches - very clean and well-kept, lovingly designed camp - very nice pool with loungeNegativno- Dogs barking all night - no shopping facilities on site - approx. 800 meters to the sea - traffic noise from the road to the Polari campVery well-kept, beautiful minicampthe camp itself is beautifully laid out and planted. The plants are watered every morning. The sanitary block is very, very clean and is constantly cleaned. The gate is closed at night and someone sits in the reception building all night. This creates a feeling of security. The distance to the sea can... be a disadvantage. It didn't bother us as it was no problem with the bikes. Bakery is in front of the Polari (about 400 meters). The restaurant on the square is good but not so cheap (is just no grill). We were aware of the street noise from the access road to the Polari and it is there. Disturbing we felt the permanent dog barking from the neighborhood that was heard almost all night. The power supply is inadequate at 6 amps. Our electric barbecue was therefore not usable. When we wanted to finish the barbecue at the wash house we were chased away very unfriendly. That could have been said in a friendlier way. An alternative socket was not offered. Apart from these small shortcomings, it was a very nice vacation on the very nice campsite.Аутоматски преведено.
- Ralf K.March 2015PozitivnoAs the only one in the pre-season!CP UlikaIn itself a very nice little place. Brand new sanitary facilities, super clean, unfortunately the showers lack a few shelves and the hooks are too small to hang anything on. Quiet from time to time, located directly on the road to Polari, every evening the scooters and motorcycles raced there. In summer... I don't even want to know what's going on because there's a go-kart track right in front of the Polari that's supposed to be open until 11pm. When we were there dogs were barking all evening and not from fellow campers but from the owners and the surrounding area. There is a restaurant on site but you have to know what you want to eat. There is no menu with dishes and prices. There is a sign at the entrance saying "No Pizza, No Grill, No Fast Food. Only Istrian cuisine. But you can eat well and cheaply in Rovinj. Bakeries and supermarkets are all in Rovinj, 4-5 km away. You always have to walk through the other campsite to get to the beach.Аутоматски преведено.
- Jörg B.July 2014PozitivnoCalm and relaxing!NegativnoNot directly by the sea.We love it! Always happy to come back! This was our 2nd time at this campsite this year. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The site is small and doesn't offer any entertainment or other frills that you pay a lot of money for and don't use. Since this year there has been a really small and beautifully... designed pool. The staff are very friendly and there is even Wi-Fi - even if it is currently only available near reception. There is also a "public" restaurant on the campsite where you can enjoy an excellent meal. It's best to book in advance as it's always busy. The pitches are not necessarily huge, but the staff will be happy to find you a suitable one. The wash house is the oldest building on the site, but it is clean. The cleaning lady comes twice a day to clean it. There is also a renovation or new building coming up, so it is possible that you will find something new here from summer 2015. There are lots of trees, so most of the pitches have shade depending on the time of day. All in all, we really like this site, even though it's not right by the sea, but Martina and Sara at reception are happy to recommend beaches in the area. We will definitely be back here again!Аутоматски преведено.
- Jürgen T.September 2013We (seniors) were at CP-Ulika for the first time and were given a very friendly welcome at reception. Particularly noteworthy is 1. that although the sanitary facilities are in need of renovation, they were always very clean. The number of washbasins and toilets was sufficient in the low season. 2. unlike... most of the others, our pitch was graveled and therefore quickly dry again even after a thunderstorm. 3. the restaurant on the site surprised us with an excellent menu, very good quality and reasonable prices. A small restriction was the road noise to the large CP-Polari and unfortunately also in the evening hours and there is no disposal facility for motorhomes. So if you can do without the immediate proximity to the beach and prefer a small campsite, this is absolutely the right place for you! We were there in the off-season, but due to the small number of free pitches (many permanent campers) it is always advisable to make a reservation. Finally, we would like to mention that the location of the campsite is ideal for getting to Rovinj by bike (approx. 3.5 km). For the way back (approx. 8 km) we chose the well-signposted cycle path along the coast (fantastically beautiful!). We wanted to eat suckling pig and visited the Trattoria Mezza Brenta, which is located on the road to Rovinj, approx. 400 m from Ulika. What we were served there as suckling pig had nothing to do with suckling pig because of the number of bones on the plate, so be careful!Аутоматски преведено.
