"friendly, small place - Small, quiet place. Price very ok. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Likewise the very friendly staff. Recommended for camping.

"Disaster - Campsite quite ok. Access to the pitch catastrophic, not at all like the photos on the internet. In reality it's a small lake, you can't see the open sea & there are lots of boats. We had already paid for one night and left after 30 minutes. The lady at reception was very rude & said she couldn't refund me anything (not even a part), after all we had used the place.

"Everything top - Great location. The staff was super friendly. We, 2 adults and dogs were on the site for 9 nights in August 2020 and felt very comfortable. We will definitely be back with our Newfoundland dog.

"Beautiful place, something for everyone! - We stayed here for 5 days and liked it very much. German is spoken and bread rolls are brought to reception. The natural pitches under large trees are great, and there are also pitches right by the sea. The sanitary facilities were always very clean and the showers are very spacious. Highly recommended for families with children. You can eat in the small restaurant for a change.

"Simple space... - We were there as a family 2 years in a row. The site is beautifully situated, there is plenty of shade. One sanitary block is not really good, the other is ok and well maintained. The beach is not really great, you have to go somewhere else. We are considering coming back, we want to go somewhere else.

"Loud and without rules... - Contrary to its own description, this campsite is noisy and its own rules are not enforced. The permanent campers, mainly from Slovenia, behave as if they own the site and the rules don't apply to them. They sometimes celebrate their 50th birthday for five days, sometimes until 2 am. A midday rest "should" be observed from 2pm to 4pm, but nobody does. The "night watchman" lets cars and delivery traffic in before 7 a.m. and campers in and out after midnight. A speed limit of 20 km/h, which is already too high for this small, narrow and winding site, is simply ignored and driven even faster. The fact that the small beach at the campsite is in fact public and therefore everyone who wants to go to the beach then rushes across the site is not described anywhere. This only came out in a conversation with the site manager. The sanitary facilities are new, but could not be kept clean in the high season. Allegedly because the cleaning lady is in hospital and the replacement is not so good at it... The pitches themselves are small and for the most part very sloping due to the hillside location. We also had to use our jack under the caravan to stabilize it because the right wheel was hanging about 8 cm in the air. This is also not mentioned anywhere. On the beach there is only a very small, demarcated swimming area of approx. 100 x 100 meters. The rest of the bay and the beach is occupied by moorings for motorboats. The women at reception are very friendly and helpful, but cannot enforce their own rules. If you are looking for a noisy and "unorthodox" campsite, if you don't mind dirty toilets and non-functioning drains in the showers and if you are looking for a challenge when pitching your tent, caravan or camper on an inclined plane, this is the place for you.
