Delicious homemade apple juice.NegativaWe were quoted 22 euros for our pitch and 0.70 euros per k.w elec in May. She said elec was approx 2.50 euros a day.When we stayed in August she charged us 25 for the pitch and 0.90 euros for elec per kwh A big price rise and were not informed in advance of our stay. She had said elec is approx 2.50 euros a day , we only used it for fridge and fans , no air con or cooking. There was broken glass on our pitch when we arrived . Owner was not very friendly or not to the British. Not very good customer relations. At €60 euros a night this site is expensive , the most we paid anywhere in a month in ItalyExpensive site. EHU expensiveWouldn't stay again as want site where elec is included in the price.

In my opinion, half past nine in the morning is quite late. Personally, I would like to swim a few lengths in the morning after getting up. On some days there is a lunch break from noon to 2pm and in the evening until 7pm, but this didn't dampen our vacation mood at all.A fantastic campsite near Lago di GardaIt was our first time on the site and we were totally thrilled straight away. The operators are really nice and friendly. The pitches are totally clean and tidy and the whole site is well maintained. The sanitary facilities were super clean at all times of the day and night.
The pool area and sunbathing... lawn are also very well maintained.
The bread roll service is also great, which we wouldn't have expected in Italy.
The only thing you could mention as a small negative point are the opening hours of the pool, but this means that there is no hustle and bustle at the pool in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening 😉 You have to look on the bright side.

In addition, the site is almost completely dominated by large to huge motorhomes, which are constantly coming and going like in a bus station, lined up 2 meters apart. And the site is obviously firmly in German hands - for those who like it ... This has absolutely nothing to do with our (!) idea of camping and especially agricamping, because the site with its crammed gravel pitches can no longer be surpassed in sterility. And the sanitary facilities are barely adequate in the low season.You have to like that ...The already very sobering impression on arrival (see "Disadvantages") was further damaged by the extremely poor price-performance ratio:
For example, for a bottle of beer from the freezer, we were charged an incredible € 4.50, and then we were told, with reference to the small print, that because we... were leaving a day early, we would still have to pay for half of that day - and that with the place practically fully booked. We have never experienced this before. (At a nearby campsite, we only paid half price for much larger pitches).
Together with the comments listed under "Disadvantages", the high other ratings are in no way comprehensible to us.

Despite the peak season, we happened to get a free pitch for one night each time, despite our 9m caravan. The owner was very nice. There was a small but perfectly adequate pool with sunbathing area for cooling off.... In the evening, the owner reserved a table for us in a nearby trattoria as there is no dinner on site.
During the day you could hear the nearby train and work machines. Otherwise it was wonderfully quiet. You can take the dog for a nice walk. The sanitary facilities were the cleanest I've seen in my entire time camping.
We would use the site again at any time for an overnight stay. If you just want to enjoy the peace and quiet and unwind, the agricampig Mabellini is the perfect place for you. The homemade organic wine and apple juice are of the best quality and make a great souvenir to take home.

The boss was super nice and always helped us and answered our questions. The pitches have electricity,... water and drainage and are well thought out, as is the rest of the site. Bicycles are available for hire for a trip to nearby Lake Garda.
The sanitary area, which also has a washing machine and dryer, is super clean and well maintained.
Campers with dogs are just as welcome as those with children. There is a sandpit and a climbing tower for children, although the pool was the most popular.
There is actually the 'right' pitch for every size (whether camper van, caravan or motorhome) - it's just an advantage to reserve in good time, especially if you need a bit more space.

It was a wonderful ten days that we were able to spend there with our motorhome. Our hosts and campsite operators, the Hafner family, were extremely warm, helpful and friendly. As... a guest, you really couldn't wish for better service! The site is new and very well maintained. Most of the pitches are surrounded by hedges, creating a nice sense of privacy. There is a small pool to cool off in if it gets too hot. There is also a lawn with garden loungers. Drinks are sold at the house, which can be consumed on a shady terrace or at your own seat. The service area with showers, toilets and waste disposal is very well maintained and easily accessible from every pitch. And all at a fair price! We would love to come back!Automatiskt översatt.

Unfortunately, we booked very late and got the last pitch. However, it was a bit small, so we couldn't park the car on the pitch. That wasn't a problem though, we were given a space on the adjacent private grounds which we were allowed to... use until the end. Desenzano and Sirmione can be reached by bike in just a few minutes and Lake Garda is only 3 km away. The campsite is also very suitable for dog owners. There are plenty of opportunities to take the dogs for a walk and there is also a dog shower. We have already booked for next year and can therefore recommend the campsite with a clear conscience. We found the location slightly away from the lake to be an advantage. The whole site is clean and well-kept. We had a small pitch on which there was just enough space for the caravan and awning, but we were allowed to park the... car next to the pitches free of charge. All pitches are gravelled/an advantage in the rain, but we prefer grass. On the second to last day of our vacation, a camper van (a huge truck thing) parked next to us, which made our parasol superfluous and we were left staring at a gray wall. At our request, the nice Dutchman turned off the air conditioning at night.
