We can only recommend
For motorhome beginners like us, don't forget a long waste water hose and antenna cable. We had a very friendly welcome, the sanitary facilities were very modern and always clean, which was important to me, and the price-performance ratio was very good.

Worst camping ever!!!
Very unfriendly reception. Did not feel welcome at all. Worst experience ever on a campsite. Guests are scared of the staff who threaten to throw people off when they do not obey the endless list of rules. A big disapointment!

Customer unfriendly!
As soon as we arrived, we decided on a camping pitch that was still occupied. However, the staff only told us this afterwards. Although all the parking spaces at reception were free and all hell was breaking loose in Torbole, we were not allowed to park for half an hour and wait for our pitch. After... half an hour of traffic chaos we came back, the parking space was still not free and we were again asked to leave one of the completely free parking spaces!!! It was already clear to us that we wouldn't be coming back here. We found the campsite to be very clean, but it felt more like a mass check-in. The atmosphere among the campers is also very anonymous. Quite different to other campsites on Lake Garda. The beach in front of the campsite is impractical for surfers as there is no free space between the water and the (too small) sail rack, which is problematic in high season. When we checked out, we were told that if you leave after 12 noon, you don't have to pay half a day more like at other campsites, but a whole day more. In the best case scenario, the operators can charge twice for the same pitch per day. It's clear to us that we won't be coming back here because of the unfriendly and unreasonable staff who, in our opinion, do nothing for customer satisfaction.

It's clear to everyone that the campsite is in a great location... Unfortunately, there is one major drawback: the boss doesn't really treat the guest as a guest. The arrogant and condescending manner is a cheek! On top of that, an exaggerated fussy attitude. This is not how you want to be treated on... vacation. In addition, the reservation system (reservation request = booking confirmation) and the lack of communication by e-mail are to be judged negatively.
