loved everything about this site, stopped on the way up to Nord Cap and on the way down. it's so peaceful and the scenery is beautiful

Panoramic view like a movie in widescreen format
We are now here for the 4th time. The site has been in new hands since 2020 and a lot has changed. There is another sanitary building with a small kitchen in the middle of the campsite. The recreation building, which was damaged by snow, has been rebuilt and the pitch in front with a unique sea view... for 8 motorhomes has been repaired. WiFi is now available throughout the site, but is only weak in places.
The highlight for us is the view of the fjord, which changes every minute.

Great location
The view over the fjord is fantastic. We were passing through here on our way from the North Cape and were faced with the choice of whether to take a pitch with or without electricity. Because of the better view, we opted for the latter, as we wanted to leave the caravan attached anyway. Caruso" has described the site in great detail.

70° North, only 320km to Nordkapp
Beautiful and very quiet location, only 500m off the E6. We received a very friendly welcome in English and were able to choose a pitch. The main part of the rather small site is about 300m from the shore and has grassy ground. This is also where the reception, kitchen and sanitary facilities are located.... About 100m from the water, there is another gravelled area for 6-8 motorhomes. From there you have a fantastic view of the fjord and the surrounding mountains. We only found drinking water at the top of the wash house. Another tap in the lower area would be nice. WLAN is free but only available near the reception. Showers are also free. As usual, the sanitary area is not separated by gender and has two toilets and two showers. This could be a bit cramped when fully occupied. Conclusion: A good stop on the way to Nordkapp, not just for one night.

simply beautiful
The site has a breathtaking view of the fjord. The owners are very friendly, organized and helpful. Nearby (Joekkelfjord) is the last glacier in Europe that still calves into the sea. Very good fishing possibilities. Shopping in Burfjord, 8 km away, 2 supermarkets, gas station, hardware store. Cross-country skiing with northern lights is also very beautiful in winter.

On a slope facing the water with a breathtaking view over the fjord and the mountains. Access from the E6 via 800m gravel road. Excellent service building with reception, where there is a lounge for the campers. A dense, well-maintained meadow for a site so high up in the north. Parceled pitches outside... around a large tent meadow, which is not so nice. I had a pitch for my tent. The operator is very, very friendly without being intrusive. A real tip, this site on the E6 near Burfjord.
