"unnecessary bureaucracy - A site that is easy to reach from the highway, take a number to check in in front of reception, you are called, takes an extremely long time, among other things you get a chip card with a picture, which you use at the turnstile when entering and exiting like in the swimming pool, if you want to have tokens for the washing machine and dryer, take number again and wait, other questions, take number....... Pitches are not marked, you have to find your own pitch, everything is on solid ground. Sanitary building was very clean. Unfortunately, all the restaurants on site were closed when we were there. Permanent camper pitches are parceled out, unfortunately some were a little run down. WLAN connection was good. Albufeira can be easily reached on foot in about 25 or 30 minutes. The town is well developed for tourism, with souvenir stores, restaurants and cafés lined up one after the other.

"Not recommended - It's impossible to rest or feel like you're camping with loud music (and a singer who's out of tune) until midnight from the park bar. According to reception and the security guard (several families made the same complaint), the quiet time starts at midnight... but between quiet and the feeling of being at a bad concert is a long way off... complete disrespect for customers

"Party Party Party Party - Every Evening Party until 00:00, animation from the Pool & Bar place so loud that no one could sleep. Only for people who wants Music whole Day from 12:00 - 00:00. The Plan seems to be: As more music we play that more Drinks we will sell. No relaxation is possible here. Everything was quiet good. Espeacilly the sanitaries. Prices are O.K. for a tent and 2 persons we paid 17 €.

"Topplstz for dog owners - Very good pitch on grass, also ideal for winter and dog owners. Dogs are free of charge. A beautiful, well-maintained cycle and walking path leads to Albufeira. There is a small Pingo Doce about half way. Lidl and Aldi are easily accessible by bike.

"Sleeping in a van, camper van or car is not permitted - Unfortunately we couldn't take the campsite. We have a converted van with a bed etc. We were told that it was not a real caravan/caravan and that sleeping in the car was forbidden on the campsite.

"One of my favorites - I've been going to this campsite for a few years now and I really like it. It's great for the kids and they love it. The campsite is huge, with bungalows, caravans and tents with and without electricity. In each area there are large changing rooms with toilets, washbasins and showers with enough privacy and which are cleaned several times a day. There are also sockets. There is a supermarket, 3 restaurants and 3 swimming pools, one for children, as well as a playground.

Profil

Camping Albufeira is open all year. It is located 1.5km from the town and beach of Albufeira with access made by car, bike or even walk with buses passing every half hour at the entrance of Camping Albufeira. Equipped with …5 spacious sanitary areas, each with sector male and female, wheelchair accessible facilities, spacious showers, babies facilities, clean and one of them heated. As services we provide to our customers during all year, reception, kiosk, supermarket, laundry service, tennis court, restaurant and bar, outdoor swimming pool and children playground. In high season from July till September, we also have self-service, pizzeria, disco, several bars, live music and entertainment daily. Camping Albufeira, also have mobile homes and bungalows for rent. For those who likes camping and nature but prefers to be better accommodated. Both units have two bedrooms, bathroom with hot shower, living room, equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, TV and equipped with linens and towels. At reception you can find at the reception you can find a wide range of services, from rental cars and bikes, tours, tickets, and fun Aquatic Park, boat trips along the Algarve coast and other events. A busy campsite in the summer for those looking for entertainment but extremely relaxing and inspiring at low season when our customers are basically retired campers with caravans/campingcar and have time to enjoy the pleasures of Mother Nature.

Coming by freeway or back roads, access to Albufeira is always done by EN125 in the Algarve. So always follow the direction of Albufeira. When you find the Albufeira / Ferreiras plate, on the right side and living of the …N125 is the roundabout. This roundabout has drawn symbol of Albufeira. Turn on your right. The approximately 500 meters on your left side you will find the Camping Albufeira near the access road to the town of Albufeira.
