Pitches are not marked, you have to find your own pitch, everything is on solid ground.
Sanitary building was very clean. Unfortunately, all the restaurants on site were closed when we were there.
Permanent camper pitches are parceled out, unfortunately some were a little run down. WLAN connection was good.
Albufeira can be easily reached on foot in about 25 or 30 minutes. Loud music from the bar until midnight, making it impossible to sleep (and the tent was far away).Not recommendedIt's impossible to rest or feel like you're camping with loud music (and a singer who's out of tune) until midnight from the park bar. According to reception and the security guard (several families made the same complaint), the quiet time starts at midnight... but between quiet and the feeling of being at a bad concert is a long way off... complete disrespect for customersOtomatik olarak çevrildi.

It's great for the kids and they love it. The campsite is huge, with bungalows, caravans and tents with and without electricity. In each area there are large changing rooms with toilets, washbasins and showers with enough privacy... and which are cleaned several times a day. There are also sockets. There is a supermarket, 3 restaurants and 3 swimming pools, one for children, as well as a playground.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

Jose M.August 2016Olumlu yanlarıAlthough very busy, there is always room for those who arrive without a reservation.Olumsuz yanlarıVery hot in summer.Very goodIt's very large, there's always room and it's well supported by infrastructure and very close to the Algarve's tourist capital. It seemed to me to be well run but, especially in the toilets, there are a few flaws that are unjustifiable because they are easy and cheap to fix, such as those small holders... for hanging towels or clothes in the showers and washbasins. I don't understand why, in practically every campsite I know, they've designed two holders for clothes and towels in the showers and then, when one falls, it's never replaced, as if the initial idea of having two was a crazy idea. It's one of the things I miss the most when I go to the shower because the benches are usually wet and end up not serving as a support at all, so we have to juggle everything we're carrying on a single rack, at the risk of something falling to the floor and getting all wet. Next to the washbasins, the problem is the same because in many of them we have to hold the towel between our legs while we shave, for example. This campsite would also benefit greatly if the roads were resurfaced with asphalt, especially if they were at a slightly higher level than the camping ground, since in summer, due to the heat and the high frequency of campers, the camping ground loses all its grass, which causes dirt and dust to be carried onto the roads, giving the campsite a general air of permanent dirt, which is a shame because it's a very good campsite.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.- Ana O.September 2015Complete and Bespoke CampingLarge and spacious campsite, excellent sanitary and hygienic conditions, friendly and available staff, close to the center of Albufeira. Achim S.May 2012A very nice site, it's just a shame that it's not right by the sea. The pitches are not marked, but in the low season (end of May) you could position yourself quite well and choose a pitch that offered shade, at least at midday in the hottest weather, because it was absolutely warm in summer. The sanitary... facilities are excellent, as is often the case in Portugal. Full marks for absolute cleanliness, with toilet seats, toilet paper, a toilet brush plus waste garbage can and even a bidet in some of the men's toilets. There's nothing better, even in Germany. The supermarket is very large, 3 employees in the low season. WLAN is free, but only in certain areas. The reception is hotel-like, access to the campsite with a magnetic card (deposit). There is a nice pool area with several pools, 2 tennis courts, so everything is great. Well, almost everything, the child-friendliness could be better, the playground is quite small and with little equipment, the big water slide has probably been out of order for a while. But Albufeira offers a lot of variety and hustle and bustle, even in the May low season. We were there in 10 minutes by bike (downhill), it takes a little longer to get back because it's a bit of an uphill walk - but it's not dramatic (=15 minutes). We liked it very much, we stayed longer than planned. And we will definitely be back, more often!Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

The store and newspaper kiosk also had a lot to offer, even if it wasn't cheap. Bus connection to the town directly from the site to Albufeira - recommended. Large area, so that you can... find a nice spot, at least in the low season (note: sometimes > 20 m power cable required). Unfortunately, Albufeira itself is no longer the fishing village it once was. Andreas O.June 2010Huge campsite near Albufeira. We received a friendly welcome. There are no pitches (just instructions to keep a few meters away from the neighbors). Due to the low occupancy in June, we had plenty of space. The whole campsite is beautifully laid out and well maintained. There is plenty of shade. The... pool is large and free (rare in Portugal). W-Lan is also available free of charge. The sanitary facilities were the best we have seen in Portugal. The center of Albufeira can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is also a bus stop right at the entrance to the campsite. A cycle path to the center is currently being built, which leads directly past the campsite. Actually a very recommendable place. Unfortunately, the very busy road that runs right past the campsite is extremely noisy.Otomatik olarak çevrildi.

Hans S.May 2010This place has two faces. It is located on a hill in a valley, within earshot of the main road. The lower part is flat with pitches for campers and motorhomes. This part looks very well-kept, with mown lawns, trees and flowering bushes. It has electricity. If you go up the hill, there are places without... electricity for tents, where you can spend an adventure vacation. Tall grass, wild vegetation, damaged, non-functional electricity boxes. At the top of the hill there is an old car for sale. Up there is a restaurant, bar, etc. Underneath is a very nice pool area. On another part of the site there are about 30 mobile homes or bungalows.
