"Short trip - We stayed at the campsite for a weekend in September. The operators are very friendly and the site is very well maintained. It's a quiet place where you can hear lots of animals in the evening. During the day, when the weather is nice, there is a lot of noise from motorcycles driving along the road right next to the campsite. The sanitary facilities could be modernized. Without heating it is quite fresh in the fall.

"Campsite in the middle of the forest - The campsite is in a nice quiet location. There is very little traffic on the road directly by the campsite. There is a large meadow for camping groups. Tourist pitches are occasionally offered. For the most part, however, the site is occupied by permanent campers. The sanitary facilities are fine, but are getting on in years. The operators are very friendly and helpful. There is a beer garden and restaurant on site (open Fridays to Mondays).

"Uncomplicated and simply nice - Beautiful place in the middle of the forest, only separated by a barely traveled road ... the operators are super nice and very helpful. The food from the restaurant is very tasty and plentiful. We will definitely come back to this beautiful piece of nature.

"Excellent nature campsite. - I camped there for two weeks with a friend and we wanted to take advantage of the natural surroundings to get on with our book. The campsite is located at the far end of the campsite. It is possible to get electricity at the campsite, make a fire, barbecue (barbecue grill permanently installed), there is a small covered area with two fridges underneath, parking spaces and a playground. Telephone network and mobile internet are generally not available there, but are available in other parts of the campsite. It is also possible to book WLAN access and use it at the inn. Food and drink are also available at the inn at weekends, as well as the option of signing up for a list for fresh bread rolls the next morning. There are two showers for women and two for men, and hot water is available in the showers. The nature is very beautiful. Let the nightingale at the top of the fir tree present you with a one-bird orchestra or watch animals such as a pine marten, fox, deer, wild boar or (male) bullfinch (all seen there) and much more. There is a bus stop right in front of the campsite, but don't be fooled by the bus timetables, which say that there are only on-call buses, but in fact there are regular buses. These (no. 212) will take you to Bad Schwalbach, for example, and from there you have good connections. The operator (Claudia Dörschug-Brandscheid) is a super nice woman. She often came to meet us and made our visit there as pleasant as possible, which we really appreciated. I've now told you enough, but not everything. You'll have to find out the rest for yourself, try it out and be surprised!

"Relaxation in nature - Super service, immediate help with technical problems. Favorite phrase: "We'll get it done". Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Plot very large and well-kept. Also very good for dogs. Small minus point: lots of spiders in the sink area, sanitary facilities need renovating. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

"A little insider tip - We spent several weekends there and were able to leave the caravan there during the week without any problems and on fair terms. The 5 stars for friendliness can by no means reflect the condition of the site. The site is small and very clean, characterized by friendly permanent campers who don't give you the impression of being an unwelcome guest. I had to deduct one star for quietness, as on nice weekends the road leading directly past the site is very busy with motorcyclists. At night and when the weather is not so good, however, it is absolutely quiet. Internet and mobile phone network are rather lacking, but not necessary for a relaxing vacation.

Für Wanderungen in die waldreiche Umgebung oder Besuche im Rheingau, in Wiesbaden und Mainz ein idealer …Standort! Besonders Familien aus dem Raum Frankfurt, Mainz und Wiesbaden haben hier die Möglichkeit am Wochenende relativ schnell in ihr eigenes kleines Stück Natur zu fahren. Ganzjährig bieten wir Stellplätze für Dauercamper und Urlaubscamper, Abstellplätze für Wohnwagen, sowie Zeltplätze an. Auf unserer großen Zeltwiese befinden sich ein Grill sowie eine zünftige Lagerfeuerstelle. Gepflegte Sanitäranlagen mit Warmduschen, eine Gaststätte mit einem wunderschönen Biergarten, kostenfreies Tischkicker und Billard, sowie ein Spielplatz gehören selbstverständlich zur Ausstattung. Hunde, die an der Leine geführt werden, sind uns jederzeit willkommen.

Aus Richtung Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden: A66 Richtung Rüdesheim; Abfahrt Schlangenbad-Bad Schwalbach auf die B 260; nach 17 km links abbiegen: Ramschied und Wispertal; ca.3 km nach Ramschied auf der linken Seite befindet sich der Campingplatz. Aus Richtung Köln: A3 Abfahrt …Idstein, dann Richtung Taunusstein; dann Richtung Bad Schwalbach; in Bad Schwalbach rechts Richtung Kreisverwaltung bzw. „alle Richtungen“; an B 260 links, ca. drei km, dann rechts abfahren nach Ramschied und ins Wispertal; ca. 3 km auf der linken Seite sehen Sie den Campingplatz. Aus Richtung Rüdesheim und aus dem Rheintal: am Rhein entlang Richtung Lorch; in Lorch auf die Wisperstrasse in Richtung Bad Schwalbach und dann immer der Strasse folgen; nach ca. 20 km sehen Sie dann den Campingplatz auf der rechten Seite.
