For those interested in exploring the Old Town, the best location, directly across the Vistula River. Max.15min walk. Camping located in the middle of a lot of greenery. Lots of space , easy to maneuver kit. Definitely worth recommending.

Very loud car and train noise. Drinking places are few and far between, depending on where you park. Shower rooms need renovation
A good place to visit
The Old Town is a 25-minute walk across the Visla River Bridge. For campers, some parking spaces under trees, some hedged, some in free parking areas.

Good camping in the city
For a campground in the city it is very good. To the center of Toruń you just have to cross the bridge. Good for stopping for a day and exploring Torun.

Very well-equipped site for a city campsite; very good and clean sanitary facilities with chip card to open; always really hot water; plenty of showers, toilets and washbasins available; hardly any shade on the pitches; large old trees provide good shade on the campsite; restaurant on the campsite serves... very tasty baked trout; everyone at reception is friendly and speaks very good English; the campsite is surrounded on two sides by main roads with several lanes, so it's quite noisy, but it dies down at night; you can also hear the train; the picturesque old town is absolutely worth seeing, without crowds of tourists (at least in June); we had the best Polish food ever in the old town on the city wall; they only cook according to old recipes; the atmosphere is great and they speak good German (hotel and restaurant German homepage https://www.spichrz.pl/contact/?lang=en); the house is over 300 years old (see photos);

Good for a stopover
Good site with decent sanitary facilities and very friendly staff. Very conveniently located at the corner of a busy road and the Vistula bridge, but very noisy as a result. The nearby goods station doesn't make it any better, the ground even shakes with some trains. The good thing is that it is much... quieter at night. The short walk to the really beautiful old town (approx. 20 minutes over the bridge) is perfect for a stroll. Our conclusion: A good place for a short stopover that only gets one star deducted because of the noise.

Dobře umístěný kemp
Dobře umístěný kemp (15 min. od starého města), přátelský přístup personálu (nechtějí mluvit polsky-raději anglicky), upravené prostředí, sociálky uklizené, čisté. Splnil očekávání. Cena 77,-PLN za obyt. auto, 2 dospělé a elektřinu.

The site has large, freely selectable pitches. Some with shade. There is fresh water supply, gray water and chemical toilet disposal. The sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free WiFi on the pitch. There is an adjoining restaurant.

Top campsite in a not so nice location
The campsite is bordered on one side by a busy main road, then by a goods station, and at the back by a sports field and a wooded area. Therefore, the background noise was accordingly. An advantage is the immediate proximity to the city - about 15 minutes walk over the bridge and the extremely well-kept... environment on the site. The camper area and bungalow area are well separated. It was fine for us for 2 nights, but we wouldn't want to stay any longer - a stopover, so to speak. We didn't try the restaurant, but we could see that a reasonably priced buffet is offered every evening.

Good location in the city
When we visited this square in May, we were pleasantly surprised at how conveniently located it is for a stroll through the city. A short walk over the bridge and you're already in the city. The adjacent road and railroad tracks are there, but not tragic. The staff were very friendly and the sanitary facilities were fine.

Very nice reception, ideal location for sightseeing, nice service in the restaurant, delicious food. Sellplätze are only parceled out for motorhomes. Somewhat noisy due to railroad and highway

Noisy, but not at night
The other comments complain much about the noise. There is a big road and the train station nearby, but at night there is not much traffic, even my family who do not rise as early as me were not overly grumpy. Might be louder in summer with more people on it. And the situation right across the beautiful city is perfect! Sanitary equipment needs a little improvement. Nice little houses to rent.

Nice clean campsite. Good location relative to the old town, two minutes across the bridge and you are in the old town. But bad with silence, next to the train station and a major road. On the day we were there young people were celebrating something, all night music was blaring and young people were shouting, and no one tried to calm them down.

We only made a stopover on the way to Masuria. Very unclean place, poorly signposted, very noisy due to youth group, road and rail noise. Toilets very unclean, urgently in need of renovation.

We were passing through and stayed in one of the wooden bungalows (35 Zl p.p. and night). The price-performance ratio is ok and Torun is a fantastically beautiful city, which has a special charm, especially in the evening and at night when illuminated.
