- Melanie S.December 2024Apartment not acceptableWe stayed in one of the apartments with a direct lake view. The vacation apartment was advertised as having been built in GDR times but had been modernized. For me, the price-performance ratio was definitely not right. The living area was modernized, but the toilet and shower were at least 40 years old... and in a very, for me, unbearable condition. The doors could hardly be closed, were very scratched and chipped and the shower is simply no longer up to date. I could have lived with a bathroom infrastructure that is 20 years old for this price if it had been in a good and well-kept condition. However, this bathroom was far from that. The front door was also not tight. The frame was completely warped, so that the door wobbled a lot during storms and it was very cold inside. I reported this directly on the first evening. I was then brought a towel to seal it, which of course did nothing.
Overall, the apartment is very noisy and the pipes and wiring are very old. It was very noisy at night, especially when guests from the neighboring apartments went to the toilet or used the shower.
I really rarely give reviews, but this price for this apartment is out of proportion to what you can expect in 2024. The only drawback are the depressions in front of the pitches which turn into mud puddles when it rains. However, I was assured that this will be remedied.
