"Blokhus klit camping - I was on a camping vacation and have not been on vacation for 3 years so it was supposed to be the best vacation for me and my 8 year old son. We were bored for the 4 days we were there only plus was the water park everything else costs money. So if you are going on vacation here you need to have your wallet in order. Golf costs money unfortunately they are not kept up;( the price is 20 kr even bicycles which is something that is in bad condition 5 kr for half an hour.even billiards cost 10 kr and table football 5 kr everything costs money We went home a day before because it was nothing about being there will give them 1 star for the water park and the cabin. It costs way too much if you consider that it should be for children. Super website just does not live up to reality. but it was a really disappointed experience.

Profile

Blokhus Outdoor - Hotel & Camp is situated on a site where camping has been the main part of life in more than 60 years. The new owners, Inge and Karsten, has started re-building this old place, turning it into …an outdoor resort. The surroundings gives you easy access to nature and to enjoy the wild life off Nothern Denmark. At Blokhus Outdoor you will find it easy and convinient to feel like you are part of nature but still has all the modern facilitites near by. It okay to go wild - in an easy way. If you do not bring your own tent or caravan you can rent one of our up-Cykled cabins or luxury tents. We have a new playground, playing field, a shop where you will find to most needed foods, our toilet buildings are cleaned everyday and in busy days twice a day (Bath and hot water is included in the price). Blokhus Outdoor - Hotel & Camp has a scenic location in the countryside near Blokhus Klitplantage, which is a good starting point for walking or biking in a very beautiful landscape with woods and dunes of the North Sea's most beautiful beach. If you prefer lots of people and activities please go to Blokhus Strand, if you prefer quiet dunes, a long white silent beach please go to Rødhus Strand. If you feel like it - and your car is ready for it - you can drive on the beach from Rødhus to Løkken (about 25 km). Perhaps you and your children would like a day with fun and playfulness go and enjoy Fårup Sommerland, Action House, Løkken, Blokhus Lys or Blokhus Salt.
