"Sanitary facilities disaster - unfriendly - The pitches are mostly nicely laid out and shady. The sanitary facilities, on the other hand, probably date back to the 1970s, are very basic and completely neglected and dirty. There were open, full garbage bags on the pitch which were not cleared away during our 2-day stay. Staff were consistently unfriendly.

" - Strategically very convenient place for business trips around the island, but only if you use a means of transport (rented scooter is sufficient). This is the only way to find the real beauty of this island.

Camping Argostoli is situated just 1,5 km for the capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, in the area Fanari. The beach which is exactly in front of the camping is preferred mostly by families because of its shallow waters but also by …fans of windsurfing and kite because of the breeze that blows in the afternoon. The breeze as well as the shade from the many olive trees of the campsite will refresh you from the summer heat.
