"No longer recommended - We used this place again this year for an overnight stay as we knew it from previous years. The disappointment was great. The sanitary facilities were dirty (were only flooded) and were partially inaccessible, even though the site was full. Some of the power connections were faulty. Several pillars were without power. The existing swimming pool was still being used late into the night, although it was supposed to close at 7pm. No control on the pitch...everything made a loveless impression. Too bad...never again for us.

"beautiful location in a leisure and university district above the city - To summarize, the facility is very ambivalent: the location and the huge walled square with beautiful trees is actually idyllic and ideal for short and long stays. The staff are friendly and helpful. The site itself has a maintenance and investment backlog. The team makes an effort in terms of cleaning, helpfulness and friendliness, but this does not make up for the old, desolate and partly decommissioned infrastructure. Depending on what you need (self-sufficient camper vs. dependence on the CP facilities) and expect, the site is either great or the opposite.

"Visit Nancy well suited - Ideal starting point to explore Nancy, public transport directly at the campsite. Pitches are marked and uneven, electricity connections in the middle of the meadow area with low power, sanitary facilities are old and should be given attention. Attention, observe barrier times from 12.30-15.00. WLAN 3€ per day, but does not work in the rear area. Nancy is worth a visit, we would recommend the restaurant Les Tartes de Stanislas in Rue Stanislas, a restaurant run by older ladies.

"8 days on the transit ward - We (47, 46, 13, 12) were guests for 8 days with the tent. Great location because you can start your excursions in the region from there. Nancy is a beautiful city, definitely worth a visit, as is Metz. The Lorraine hinterland is simply beautiful. The site itself offers friendly staff, a small but very nice swimming pool, bread service and large pitches. The sanitary facilities are fairly newly renovated (although according to my wife, the hand soap was never refilled in one of the sanitary areas for women and there were no electrical connections), which I have experienced quite differently here and there in France. Unfortunately for the majority of people it's just an overnight stop, so the neighbors change every day, but that didn't bother us too much.

"Great for a stopover and more - nice, quiet place a bit away from the city center play facilities for the children, nice, small swimming pool unfortunately no bakery
