"Bicycle vacation in a shepherd's wagon - We had rented one of the shepherd's wagons. This is right next to a play area and the petting zoo. And relatively close to the sanitary facilities, which meant that we had short distances and were very happy. The catering was also good, there was a small menu with regional dishes. Even though a few things bothered us, we had a wonderful vacation. We rented bicycles (rental shop about 30 minutes' walk away) and explored the surrounding area: Monkey Mountain, Phalbauten, free swimming lake, BMX/skateboard track.

"Absolutely recommendable - If you like it simple, good, uncomplicated and clean, this campsite is just right for you. Even the reservation on the phone was super uncomplicated, just giving your name and the duration was enough. We were there as a couple. There are various events on offer for young and old. The dishes are simple and delicious at fair prices. There is beer on tap. The sanitary facilities are very clean and the showers are huge. Well-developed cycle paths lead from here to various places on Lake Constance. For families with children there is a petting zoo, playground and play area. Bread roll service is offered. We felt very comfortable because the atmosphere is so pleasantly informal. You can tell that one family runs the whole campsite. It was super nice, we will definitely be back!

"Beautiful place, many excursion possibilities - Beautifully maintained campsite with friendly staff. The sanitary area is larger than average and extremely clean, we have not found anything similar even on 5***** campsites. We have already been there twice and would love to come again in the fall.

"The best thing that can happen to a camper - Very courteous hosts a very good infrastructure connected super well maintained seaside resort free admission good food directly on site at very humane prices then vacation is really fun

"Nice family campsite. - A campsite from which you can do a lot. We've been there twice this year - and are planning another stay. The operators are very friendly and uncomplicated. Even a late arrival is no problem.

Der Campinghof Salem liegt 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt nahe des bekannten gleichnamigen Affenfelsens und verfügt über 120 Parzellen zu je 90 qm. Die sanitären Anlagen umfassen Waschbecken, Duschen sowie eine Familienkabine und einen Babywickelraum. Außerdem stehen den Gästen mehrere …Spülgelegenheiten im Innen- und Außenbereich sowie ein Trockenraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung. Ebenso befindet sich auf dem Gelände ein Kiosk, der täglich frische Backwaren anbietet und welchem ein Restaurant mit kleiner Karte angeschlossen ist. Zusätzlich verkauft die platzeigene Hofbäckerei immer freitags frisches Brot. Des Weiteren wartet der Campinghof Salem mit einer Grillhütte, einer Blocksauna sowie einer Reithalle auf, die auch zum Bogenschießen genutzt wird. Kinder halten sich zudem gerne auf dem Spielplatz und im Streichelzoo auf. Komplettiert wird das umfangreiche Freizeitangebot u. a. durch Volleyball, Tischtennis, Billard und Ponyreiten. Darüber hinaus organisiert das Team des Campingplatzes regelmäßig Grillabende am Lagerfeuer und andere gemeinschaftliche Unternehmungen, wie z. B. Radwanderungen oder Besuche in einer Schnapsbrennerei.
