"Pure nostalgia - The site is reminiscent of camping 30 years ago. It is beautifully situated, quiet and cozy. The owners are friendly, you can order bread rolls and there are homemade cakes. There's not much on the site itself, but the surrounding area has a lot to offer. It's a shame that they didn't at least invest in the sanitary facilities. They really could be improved. Nevertheless, we will be back. Simply iconic!

"We only stayed one night - Campsite with the charm of the 70's. Overall completely outdated facility in which nothing has been invested for a long time. especially the sanitary facilities were not exactly to feel comfortable. in the men's room it smelled extremely of urine. right next to it are the sinks for the dishes. the outdoor facilities are littered with weeds and unkempt. the berth but was clean and mowed. a small river runs along the square. overall rather something for hippies and dropouts. location is good but the main road makes a lot of noise.

"Nice location, but unfriendly and noisy - The campsite is in a beautiful location, right on the Püttlach, but it is also right on the B470. It is very noisy, especially at weekends, due to the traffic of cars, motorcycles and trucks. At night it is reasonably quiet, but from around 7 a.m. the traffic picks up again. The areas of the campsite are very nice and large, but the owner is very unfriendly and not particularly helpful. He actually seemed annoyed with every question we asked. The sanitary facilities are functional but very old. The women's shower was blocked as there was no strainer or similar to catch all the hair. In addition, a 5-minute shower costs 50 cents. That's ok, but very impractical. You always have to have 50 cent coins with you to take a shower. If you simply increase the price per person by 1 euro, you can save yourself this extra payment. All in all, we had two nice days, but I wouldn't go there again as it was too expensive for the service. We paid 52 euros for 2 nights. I think there are better campsites in Franconian Switzerland.

"The sanitary facilities don't work at all - Even the term sanitary facilities would be wrong here. We won't be back. Too expensive for two nights family with two children we paid 71 euros.

"Old and expensive - The site is not recommended even for campers with only the smallest requirements. The sanitary facilities are very old and smelly. A new sanitary building with sufficient toilets and showers, lanterns on the site, water taps and a significant price adjustment would certainly attract more guests to the site. But until then, guests are paying a lot of money for little service. The site was left standing 50 years ago.

"Too expensive - The campsite itself is very nice and located directly on the river. Beautiful meadow area. Hiking trails start directly at the campsite. The nearest shopping facilities are 5 km away. The site offers little infrastructure and is far too expensive for what it offers. The sanitary facilities are old and it is difficult to see if they are clean.
