" - We stayed at this campsite over Ascension Day 2011. The pitches are nicely laid out and adequately sized. The washrooms and toilets are a little more difficult to reach because they are not at the bottom of the pitch but a little higher up by the restaurant or on the slope. You can get a bit out of breath there. The sanitary facilities are older but clean. The campsite is not too far away for visits to nearby Heidelberg. But you should have a car to be independent. There is a bus service, but we didn't use it. The campsite has a nice playground and a mini golf course. The operators are friendly and helpful. All in all, a lovely place to relax and listen to the babbling brook running through the campsite.

Der bewachte Campingplatz "Steinachperle" liegt in der Ortschaft "Altneudorf" bei Heidelberg. Das romantische Neckartal bietet eine Vielzahl an Ausflugszielen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wanderfreunden als auch Bildungshungrigen bietet die Umgebung einige Möglichkeiten. Der sanfte Bachlauf der Steinach versprüht ein idyllisches Flair und …lädt Kinder ein zum gefahrlosen Spiel. Der Spielplatz auf dem Platz bietet den kleinen Gästen außerdem viele Möglichkeiten des aktiven Spielens. Die zahlreichen Grünflächen lockern das Gelände angenehm auf und lassen kein Gefühl von Enge aufkommen. Zum Verweilen in geselliger Runde ist der Gesellschaftsraum auf dem Platz bestens geeignet. Neben modernen Sanitärbereichen stehen eine Koch- und Spülküche, Waschmaschinen und Trockner bereit. Für den kulinarischen Genuss sorgt das Speiserestaurant "Zum Pflug" direkt am Platz. Wer den besonderen Charme eines Campingplatzes genießen möchte, aber nicht selbst über einen Campingwagen oder -zelt verfügt, der kann seinen Urlaub auch in einer Ferienhütte mit eigener Terrasse verbringen. Diese verfügt über ein Doppelbett, einen Aufenthaltsbereich mit Küchenzeile und eine Waschnische und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen. Achtung: Die Stellplätze sind für Dauercamper reserviert.
